I was not expecting much because I had my wheels plastidipped and still had patches of plasti that I couldn't take off, but Son fixed all that as well. Also, when I dropped of my car off to him he called me the next day saying he found 3 of the wheels were bent and one if them had a hairline crack. I had no idea of this, but he said he would do it free of charge. This all costed me $650 for curb rash repair + scratches + powder coating. This place is the freaking best! I had a nasty gouge on one wheel because of a local car wash's incompetence. It was a complicated two-tone alloy wheel with two very different contrasting colors. Son (the owner) and his co-worker made the wheel like like new. You can't tell it was ever scratched. I had no idea it would come out this well. I took some time to see the work they had done on other customer's wheels, and these guys are complete pro's. The pricing is excellent and Son is easy to get a hold of and a friendly guy. The building complex where they are located has small letters on their door indicating the suite, so it easier if you drive around the back of the shop and park where the wheels are being repaired. Onsite Wheels was quite good at rim repair. Until recently, Onsite Wheels was operated by Son Tran at 11801 Cardinal Circle, Unit M, in Garden Grove. If you call the number listed for Onsite Wheels (714-742-6855), you will receive a response from someone who texts back, but refused to confirm his identity. When I address him as Son and I tell him that he previously did work on my car, the person texting back does not correct me. When I set up an appt, the person said he is located at 13331 Garden Grove Blvd, Suite N, in Garden Grove. A quick online check shows that address is associated with VIP Modular, a wheel vendor. When I asked if Son sold his business to VIP Modular located at 13331 Garden Grove Blvd, the person responded, "Yes correct." The bottom line is that none of the 5-star reviews for Onsite Wheels apply to the present business because Son Tran sold the company, and whether or not the present company does a good job in fixing rims is unknown. It is clear, however, that the new business is masquerading as a 5-star rim repair company by using the name and telephone number for Onsite Wheels. The person I texted with clearly tried to hide this fact until I pressed hard for an answer. Word of advice: There are other 5-star rated rim repair companies. Go to one of them. This company is no longer the same company the reviews make it out to be, and the company representative is misleading. As others have said, Son is some sort of cross between an artist and a scientist. I simply don't know how he does it! I had badly scraped up one of the rims on my Tesla. They are the dark grey painted ones so I was super concerned about having it repaired because of the color match and texture. Well that posed no problem for Son. He repaired my wheel in about an hour at a very reasonable price and the craftsmanship is simply stellar. You would never know that there had been previous damage to the wheel. I recently got my month old Volk TE37X wheels mounted to some bigger tires in a crap hole tire shop (check my other reviews) that decided my wheel would look better with an inch long scratch.
