They told us that the class was canceled because student count was low. I demanded for my money back. They instead asked her to attend evening class. We accepted. Waited for confirmation email. Cricket. We called. This time after several calls was unanswered They called back. This time that her chest x ray was not normal. Ok refund our tuition . Over $1300. The run around began. No returned phone calls nor texts until the next morning when he pushed back the date that they would be available. That day is here yet again and no word from him. I would at least appreciate a bit of communication if there were any issues. I don't consider the business reliable nor professional.

TLDR updated review: - Convenient scheduling on Saturday…read moremornings for busy work people. - Bianca was a helpful, engaging instructor who made us laugh a bit during class. - Enjoyed practicing on the adult and baby mannequins to make sure my BLS technique was correct. There are sensors on each mannequin that shows you whether you have the right rate and depth of compressions. - It took only half a day to complete the BLS course. - My BLS renewal certificate was available electronically via email on the same day after class within a couple of hours. Sweet! - Ample parking - Reliable classes Will definitely return again since I have my ACLS renewal coming up again soon. Would highly recommend getting your BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification/recertification here.
