First off it is not 1.35 as suggested on the sign. I had been many times and when the price seemed way too much, I asked if was 1.35. Owner said it hasn't been 1.35 for a long time and price was 1.79. Even at that price my bill was way too high. He said one shirt was slk and it was extra. It was not. It was 100% cotton. He's said another had fancy buttons and that was extra. Not fancy they were snaps on a western shirt... and another one for some other BS reason. By the time it I figured it all out they had tacked on an extra 7 or 8 dollars of charges. I had been going there roughly 2 years. In that time at least 4 shirts were damaged beyond repair. I was given 25 dollars credit each time but definitely not the cost to replace my shirts. My final straw was the last time I was there. Over half of my shirts had some sort of BS mark up. 30 shirts were over 100.00. I haven't been back since. If you use them I suggest you do the math before dropping them off. read more

Careful, you may get to deal with mouthy staff. We received shirts back with stains on them and I was told they would do an "investigation"! I asked if they would really admit that other people whose clothing was in the same bag, as the lady explained to me, also had the same stains all over their clothing? Seems unlikely but she had to get her words in and was super unprofessional. I've been coming here for years and have seen our clothing coming back in deteriorating condition lately. This was my last time. Also, customer service is crucial. When you get nasty with your customers, you lose them. It's that simple. read more

This place ruined my wedding dress. They charged me $45 dollars to steam it and added a huge black line all across the hem inside and outside of the dress. It was 3 days before my wedding and I wasn't going to risk going back so they could make it worse than that. Do not go here!!!!! I was so upset wedding day that it was noticeable. I have been using this place for almost eight years, I noticed it keeps getting worst and worst as time passes. defiantly you can't beat the price if you just looking for a messed up press, not to mention the dry cleaning which does not clean anything. I've been getting my clothes dry-cleaned here for about a decade. I'm a fan. Prices are good and they're pretty handy getting out grease spots from my shirts. Drive-thru pickup and drop-off is convenient; the guys work pretty fast but the line can long; they get pretty busy. They have a mending / repair / hemming service that's cheap and convenient - $0.50 to re-sew a button. The same thing that makes the location great makes the location difficult. Its right on the corner of Bay Area Blvd and Fm 528. Getting out of their parking lot back into the flow of traffic (say, eastbound on 528) is very difficult, and they share a parking lot with a pizza place whose drivers are real daredevils. read more

The reason why I gave them a 3 and not less is because they have one employee, who refused to give me her name then later said her name Alex. I was @ their facility @ 0830 on 2JAN21, they taped their hours till 0900, which is fine their business their rules etc... Now I have been coming here since they opened, w/ few minor mistakes over the last decade plus. On 2JAN21 I took my uniforms in there and asked about same service which they typically offer, if it is in before 9. So then I told "Alex" I would take them somewhere else, she muffled some words under her breath, I asked what she said, she said "That's fine" you don't think we'll get more customers". I then informed her, she lacks in customer service and I can and will take my business elsewhere, she said "do it, I don't care". I then asked for her manager and she said "No, I don't have to get him". So when I told her I would go in the back in get him she said "you're not allowed", she then walked off talking more stuff so it couldn't be heard. She closed the door behind her, was back there for a few minutes, probably telling her side, so he came out, appeared very disinterested, then said he would take care of it. She, Alex, then proceeded to call me "Bi-Polar", never having a disagreement nor agreement w/ her and any disagreements have been errors on their part they have corrected. Creasing when they were not to crease, not creasing where they were supposed to, Brand new pants never worn, came back w/ purple "blotches" on it, sent back after it's correction but they have made good on their errors. Overall their customer service is good. I did verbalize that millennials like her have no aspect to customer service/care she then started laughing, when I pointed that out she turned around. read more

OnSite Cleaners returned this shirt ripped. The manager, Tho, told me it was not their fault. After 15 years of being a loyal customer he said why would I pay for this. Why would you not pay $30 to replace the shirt instead of losing our business. The shirt was not damaged when we gave it to him and now has a big hole in it, REALLY! Ugh If you are a customer of OnSite Cleaners on 528 and Bay Area blvd, please let them know of your disappointment in the way they treat loyal customers. WHAT A FIND! I found this local gem after my move to Alvin after 45 years in the center of Houston. An extended move of home and business over 2 years required a large order of clothes cleaned from storage. I had been satisfied with their fast service, easy parking and GREAT PRICES for about one year. The extremely large order to clean a wide variety of clothing, including business and ladies evening wear, came off perfectly, with a savings of over $1,000 compared to competitors. They bagged clothing per order, notified me of peculiarities regarding particular pieces, and really did a great job on some complex pieces with no damage to garments. They're not a chain, do their cleaning ON SITE, and are the nicest, busy folks you could meet. After 45 years at my favorite cleaner in Houston, I now am totally happy with the results of my search for an inexpensive, fast, and really great dry cleaner in my new locale. I'm in the military and just moved to the area. I brought a number of uniforms here to get some patches sewn on, cleaned and pressed. The prices are very reasonable, the uniforms came out great, to my expectation, and were even ready 2 days before I was told they would be done. I highly recommend you give it a try. As another reviewer mentioned, you can walk in or drive up and it can get busy in there, but like he also said, with good service comes good business. read more

I've never had a good experience here. They don't have a set price list. Your total will vary; it depends on who's ringing up your order. I hadn't visited them in a while, but I decided to take my monthly cleaning to them a few weeks ago. I dropped off one load for pressing only and then came back the next day to drop off the second load. I was charged a different price. I asked about it and he said, "That's the price." I pulled out my receipt from the day before for the same number of shirts but with a lower price. He said, "That's a different kind of shirt." I laughed and said, "You haven't even seen those shirts. How do you know what they are? They're the same type as these." So he hemmed and hawed a bit, and I asked about the "$1.35" in their name, and they said, "It's just a name. It doesn't mean anything." I then asked why they didn't have any prices posted. He said I'd have to talk to the manager. I told him it was so they could charge whatever they felt like charging. Another time, I was getting dressed and noticed they had torn my shirt. I took it back and I just wanted them to stitch it up. The guy, "We didn't do that." I said, "Sure you did. Because if you hadn't, you would have put a note on it saying it was already torn." Then he said he didn't believe they had ever cleaned that shirt because it didn't have their tag on it. I explained that I had taken it off because I was going to wear the shirt, but if that's the problem, I could go home and get the tag and bring it back. He said, "How can I know it came off this shirt?" I said, "So basically, you're calling me a liar?" And he said, "We didn't tear it." It's cheap and as long as you understand you get what you pay for...crappy customer service and don't take anything white...it will be beige when you pick it up. Broken buttons and that enticing smell of dry cleanibg fluid oh yeah and did I mention crappy customer service this is the place ...they have a great location and low prices which is why they have been here so long but if you want quality dry cleaners you will need to drive about 3 miles down the road, they are more expensive but take pride in their work. read more

Dropped custom tailored dress pants off for cleaning since I have a funeral to attend this week. When I dropped them off I was very, maybe even overly, specific about keeping manufacturers crease, that I did not want railroading because these pant are custom tailored and can't just be purchased off the shelf. Well wife went and picked them up today, rear crease is railroaded. There are not even words to describe how angry I am. They offered to repress them but being that I was in military And have pressed 100's of pants I know that once the line is there there is no way of removing it. A $1.50 cleaning just cost me $120 dollars to replace. And hours of tailor time. read more

So how about no,stars..no price list... they broke a zipper off a suit, and told me it was like that. Then told me i had to pay for it..... and i told him i have been coming here for 10 years and he said i dont care. And then i told him zippers are not on the back of the ticket and they cover them. He said there's a sign inside that says they dont...then told the employees to not serve me and told me to take my money elsewhere, but they had already taken my credit card..... check every zipper and every button before u leave. Ask for a price list prices are done by race and the car u drive. One word of advice.. Run! There are dry cleaners everywhere and I would recommend anyone of those but this place. I took my clothes there and paid for alterations that were not completed. I presented the owner with the receipt and asked to have the garments fixed but because I had removed the tag from my garment, he accused me of bringing in a different garment ... I will never go to this place again!! The worst cleaners ever!! Shirt collars were still dirty and there were blood like stains spotted on 2 of the men's white dress shirts. They even have the nerve to say we've caused the stains!! They couldn't even remove the stains and told me it was free of charge the second time around. I have used this cleaners for years and never had a problem. There is always a first time. Do not let your guard down. Double count your items when dropping off and picking up. Apparently they are the proud new owner of eight of my items of clothing without paying me a dime. I have never had such poor customer service or been talked to the way the manager spoke to me. Have used this dry cleaners for years and today I came inside to discuss an issue about the fact that last week when I dropped off my dry cleaning I had 2 shirts that I paid $2.00 each to have buttons replaced and of course when my husband went to put on both the shirts the buttons were not replaced!! When I went today to have them do my dry cleaning and fix the buttons at no cost they refused saying since I didn't have my receipt that they can't take my word that I paid last week for the buttons to be replaced, so basically they are calling me a liar. I threw my receipts away because I figured since I paid for something that they would live up to their end of the deal. I know you are probably thinking it's only $4 pay it again, well it's the principle of the situation. I have used this dry cleaners every week for the past 10-15 years (since they opened). They have lost my clothes, ruined my clothes and given me other people's clothes and I've always given them another chance. Well I've had enough they are providing a service and they aren't the only one to provide that service there are other dry cleaners in my little town. I have taken my cloths here on 5 separate occasions and only had one "somewhat" OK experience. On the other four occasions I had to deal with worker that was boarder line rude, obnoxious, and very arrogant. The Hispanic clerk seemed to be bothered that I interrupted her movie watching when I dropped off or picked up. In addition, almost on every one of those occasions something seem to be wrong with the cloths when I returned to pick them up. Dirty shirts, missed stains, missing items, and the last straw was the fact that they ruin an expensive shirt. I brought it to the attention of the Hispanic clerk and she immediately jumped on the defense. She claimed that she noticed the ruin spot when I dropped the garment off, interesting because she was not the clerk that checked in my cloths. Last, on every issue that arose the Hispanic clerk seem to always defend the clears position instead of attempting to rectify the situation. I will never return and I recommend if you are looking for a cleaners, go elsewhere. read more
