The quality is what makes it a 1 for me I took in my car on Monday of this week for a muffler…read moredelete, it's now Thursday and my exhaust is shaking and sounds like it's going to break off the people were nice seemed legit but the work is not legit at all looks like a first week welder did the welds there not sturdy And the pipes aren't even the same size I'm very Disappointed

I'm glad everyone else has had good experiences coming here, because I certainly didn't. I'm sure…read moremost of the staff might be friendly, but the guy I dealt with was one of the rudest and most condescending jerks I've ever dealt with... And I've worked retail. All I needed was a simple bend (maybe 2 bends total on each) in a section of pipe for branch resonators I was making for myself, that I was gonna install myself. This guy laughs in my face and says, "it's not that easy, I can't just bend a pipe and hope it fits, I'll have to use the lift to see how it fits". NO WAY SHERLOCK, I didn't think you were that good, otherwise you'd get 5 stars. I did the whole dual exhaust on my car by myself with simple tools and jack stands, so I know a thing or two about how to install and work with exhaust pipe. It's easy for them because they have a lift and I don't. The only reason I went here is cause I don't own a tubing bender and the dual exhaust proved difficult enough without the right tools. This guy treated me like I was an idiot. He told me I couldn't put a pipe next to a fuel tank, while pointing to my floor pan... He doesn't even know a fuel tank from a floor pan. He also didn't understand that exhaust gases weren't gonna FLOW through the pipe, only compression waves. So it isn't even gonna get hot, warm maybe... Biggest moron award. I showed him where it was gonna T-off at and he says, "you know you're gonna have to drill a hole there". YEAH! YOU DON'T SAY! Gee I would've never thought of that. I asked him what the tightest bend he could make, he responds "I can bend it all the way around", like, WHAT??? I meant what's the smallest radius you can make, you imbecile. I ended up getting him to cut two sections of pipe with a single 90° bend on each. Those instructions alone proved difficult to him. He bent the pipe first then proceeds to measure out 31" (as I wanted), of course measuring around a bend is more difficult and he's now asking me how far I want it from the bend... fml. He strikes me as a high school drop out, and working at a muffler shop is the most he'll ever achieve in life. I just took the sections home and I'll cut/weld them up myself (since I don't have a tubing bender) and install it. If you're coming here for half of what I came here for, I hope you have a better experience.
