I stayed at this hotel in MAY 2025 (my third stay). The ATMOSPHERE is unique -- with all sorts of fun interior designs that give the hotel a TRADITIONAL-YET-TRENDY vibe. My friend and I decided to take a spontaneous vacation to Madrid and needed the perfect boutique hotel to kick off our adventure... Only You was that spot. The hotel is centrally located and a comfortable walk to public transportation, making it ideal for someone who wants to be in the middle of it all but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The neighborhood in the area is filled with cute shops and restaurants that are some of the tastiest places in Madrid. The vibe of the hotel is IG worthy. The courtyard and walls are gorgeous and filled with beautiful tile. Everywhere in the hotel feels like a bit of a movie. The beds are also perfect for regenerating yourself on vacation. Even the travel adrenaline was no match for the perfect mattresses. Finally, the service is incredible. The hotel staff is attentive and very plugged into the city. We got a coveted reservation at Ten Con Ten during peak hours with no problem... and when it was harder for us to the find the right place, the staff worked to make sure that we got a quality reservation. If you're visiting Madrid, I highly recommend staying at this Only You. It's worth every euro. read more

Only You Hotel makes you feel special the moment you enter. Greeted by kind smiles and a delightful lobby! Their lobby is THE BEST! It just made me feel pretty and adored . It's sooooo comfortable, neat, clean, whimsical and magical. I felt like a traveler of the world! Friendly check-in host who speaks English well. They serve breakfast all day long! . Cute Guys, cute women and a beautiful housekeeper, I forgot her name, ugh!!! But she was a gorgeous black woman with the greatest skin and an even more glowing personality, she spoke English well also. And she was the only one who attended our room, which I LOVED. we didn't have a new housekeeper everyday. The reason for the 4star is, our rooms were very small, but cute... and I didn't mind. Also, I would've liked to have seen more people of color working there. I think that would be part of my review for every place I visited in Spain. Only You Hotel was just about the only one who had a person of darker skin, and that's what it was... Only 1 person. Also, we bought the breakfast package, but every restaurant we went to inside the hotel, didn't honor it. I can't wait to refer this mystical place to family & friends. Wait staff was patronizing and inattentive. I didn't eat any of the endive salad b/c it had raw onions and I'm allergic. Not their fault, but no acknowledgment of the uneaten food. "Roasted" vegetables were raw and stone cold. Instead of seating me at a table by the window (there were plenty of empty seats), they put me in the back by the shelves full of extra dishes. Great atmosphere, fun bar, and helpful reception staff. However, the restaurant has no vegan options. When I asked to be accommodated, they offered to put some olive oil and salt on some green leaves for me. Then they claimed that they used to have a veggie burger. There needs to be several vegan options on a menu these days; this was really unacceptable for a modern boutique hotel in a cool neighborhood. The bakery downstairs has a couple of vegan sweets (but Celicoso's menu is also not up-to-date, misleading, and limited regarding vegan food). read more

Looked cute online (a renovated mansion from the 19th century) and didn't know what to expect to be honest. Upon entering late night (when we arrived like bats in the night), we were greeted by staff who was lovely and accommodating and offered us some Veuve and water. Nice bonus. The clerk even upgraded us to a room that had a small balcony, with a window overlooking the side street, and a theater below. The location is Chueca. Close to Gran Via. Great location as it surrounds many cafes, restaurants, banks, and boutique shopping. Also, not in the exact center of the hustle and bustle (meaning, a bit quieter). The lobby really is the beauty of the hotel. Eclectic art in the various maze (I got turned around several times) of the public rooms surrounding the lobby, from old white suitcases, to, shelves of books that adorn the walls inside the elevators (if you get stuck, you can catch up on your reading), art deco furniture, a caged check in desk adorned by ivy, oversized accoutrements, navy blue walls, and an area next to the check in station with room for mini muffins, fruit, an espresso machine, champagne, sugared candies, all complimentary. The service was outstanding during our entire stay. The staff, bent over backwards to help in anyway possible. Entering our room: To the left, a sliding glass door (with old maps of Madrid etched in the glass) entering the toilet and shower, a square European toilet, a stand up rain shower with overhead shower along with a handheld sprayer, a couple of robes, then a separate area for the marble sink with cabinets, shaving mirror, towels, and a hair dryer as well as a hair straightener with European plug-ins (nice touch), separated by a half wall (shuttered) as not to wake anyone up in the bed area. There are two closets with drawers, as well as a safe and a refrigerator (stocked, but no room for anything else). A desk with a chair and lamp, some magazines, coffee maker with saucers, and sweeteners, and a VERY comfortable king sized bed with a studded navy leather headboard and reading lights on either side. Side table with basic telephone. Flat screen tv. On the other side is a double door balcony with darkening shades as well as light shading, to open and enjoy a step (just a step outside), and a view of the street. Had a restful sleep. Sadly, the weather was terrible during our short stay, but they did provide umbrellas. We asked for dinner recommendations two of the three evenings. One was okay, and open late, and close by. The other was beyond terrible and very pricey. My only peeve is the concierge that made us the reservation, (the next day we told him about our negative experience), mentioned he would phone the restaurant to inform them of our disappointment. He pretended to make the call, and then when my boyfriend went over, the phone had been hung up, and he never actually made the call. I found that odd to be honest. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, the staff, and the very comfy bed! read more

My wife and I just spent a fantastic long weekend at the Only You Hotel in Madrid, Spain. Great service and an even better room. Without question the largest room we ever stayed in during our numerous Europe trips through the years. The bathroom (and shower) in particular was big and extremely efficient. Comfortable bed and great lighting. Though our view was just one of the court yards, it was a VERY quiet room. The hotel location is right on the edge of the Cheuca area which includes a Metro stop, many restaurants and clothing stores. When we return to Madrid, Spain....We will return to the Only You Hotel. read more

Was there on a weeklong business trip. I thought the style was pretty cool. The service, food and cocktails were all awesome as well. I would stay there again. Only downside was the location. Was not much in the way of a downtown experience. However. The subway is right outside so quick ride to the Sol stop downtown. If you want to cater to business travelers i would suggest to consider adding in some live music. read more

This hotel has only been open a month so I wasn't sure what to expect when I got put here by work, but it's great value for money for what you get. Feels like you've stepped into an art collector's mansion, from the kookily stacked floor-to-ceiling white suitcases that form the wall behind reception, to the pretty blue and white stencil pattern that camouflages the lifts, to the oversized sofas and jazz in the airy indoor atrium. Service was impeccably enthusiastic, showing me to my room on arrival and ready to hail a taxi on my way out (best to ask for help if you want one as you're on a small street behind the main road). I may have fallen a little in love with my room too - a giant bed that 5'11 me could fit on sideways, a whole wall of old framed maps (I have something of a map fetish so ideal for me!), a huge rainforest shower, hangers that tell you that you look great, and awesome bathroom freebies too. Also the first hotel room I've stayed in to provide hair straighteners which was a nice touch. Oh, they also have the sexiest hotel bar ever. Take your plus one, or whoever you wish was your plus one, and follow the wonderfully inviting golden glow on your left as you enter. All this (and free wi-fi) for about the third of the price of an equivalent room in most other European capital cities. I was definitely charmed - hopefully work will need to send me over again soon! read more

Absolutely flawless! One of (if not) the best hotel I've ever stayed in Europe. My room smelled like mint, my bed felt like a cloud in the sky, so hard to wake up! My room was also super quiet! The staff there was very nice and they all looked like super models! The bathroom had everything I girl would need, hair dryer, hair straightener, sleepers, even a comb! Amazing modern design in every inch of this hotel and the shower's water pressure is perfect! I want to live in the place! I can't wait to go back! 100% flawless! If you choose to stay here, please know the following: - I had a blouse taken from the room during the cleaning service. It was hanging on the door handle of the wardrobe when we left for the day and was missing when we returned after the room had been serviced. The hotel "checked the laundry" and of course, nothing turned up. They denied any responsibility for the shirt. Very disappointing that they gave me the "nothing we can do" attitude given the quality of the hotel. - There is construction going on in the building next door that woke us up at 8am. - The bathroom has no privacy due to slated doors. You can hear everything going on inside the bathroom if you are inside the hotel room. - There are no drawers and small closet, which make it difficult to unpack. - No outside windows can get claustrophobic in a small room. - The wireless is terrible Upping it to two stars, even though I'm still bitter about my missing shirt: - The staff is kind and attractive. Our favorite was Magy at breakfast. - We liked that the breakfast was offered a la carte and available all day. - Cool bar and lounge area. read more

I loved this hotel! We stayed here for a few nights in June and it is beautiful! The decor is fabulous both in the lobby and in the rooms. We had excellent service from all the staff. The breakfast was great and is served late (which works well for non-early risers!) We had cocktails in the beautiful bar. I also loved the location. It is in the Chueca neighborhood of Madrid, and has lots of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It's also very close to the museums. I would absolutely stay there again. Only You is located right in the heart of the city, in a very cool part of town. Central to many landmarks and full of charm. Beautiful interior decorations with black walls, mirrors and leather furniture. Clean, chic rooms and beautiful lobby area. The hotel is also a lounge so besides great costumer service to hotel stayers, the crowd that frequents Only You for the lounge is a mix of international travelers as well as Madrid locals. read more

The location at Atocha is perfect - close to museums, park, restaurants and the metro. Great staff and the breakfast buffet is fabulous.

I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the Only You Boutique Hotel (especially Estefania, who was so kind). The decor was lovely, and the location was great. When I return to Madrid, I will return to Only You. read more
