Jim was accommodating of our schedule, was an excellent / timely communicator, and was very knowledgeable of his craft and the various cleaners that he uses given the specific material / application he is working on. He was very diligent in preparing his work area for success with proper taping, ventilation, drop cloths, etc. When finished, his clean up was great. He ensured the team did top notch clean up every night and put as much of the house back to normal each night to ensure it was livable.
