I had high expectations for this place considering it's been all over social media. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The restaurant is clearly understaffed in the kitchen. It took 1 hour just to get seated, not because there weren't tables available, but because they were behind on orders for the customers already seated. Once we finally sat down, we ordered 2 tostadas mixtas, 1 coctel de camarón con pulpo, and a sushi roll to go. The waitress told us the sushi roll would take another hour to make, which I never ended up receiving. It took another 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The tostadas mixtas were good, but the coctel was not. Another thing worth mentioning, there were no complimentary chips and salsa, something you typically expect at a sit-down Mexican restaurant. When I asked for their black hot sauce, the kind you usually see at Mexican seafood spots, the waitress said it would be an extra charge, which is ridiculous. I declined. The plates for the tostadas were far too small, so the food was falling onto the table. By the time we finished eating, it had already been over an hour since we ordered and the sushi roll still wasn't ready. The waitress checked with the kitchen three times over the next 15 minutes, but each time she came back with the same response: "They're working on it." At that point, I'd had enough and asked her to cancel the sushi roll and bring the bill. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend it unless you want to spend three hours of your day here for average food. read more

I was excited to try this food. But never did. My table ordered took about an hour and 10 min to get after we ordered. My food never even came out. They brought me rice and beans that got cold waiting for the shrimp so I sent it back told to bring fresh and 30 min later nothing cancelled my order because my table was done eating their food. The food was good but the service was terrible, placed an order for pick up via toast it was tacos dorado de camarón , gorditas de res and torta sinaloense the pick up time was scheduled for 5:30 my husband arrived to pick up and was advised they were about to start the order and that the torta had been discontinued. It would have been nice to get a call to advise of this change as the torta was available for order online. When I picked up our order we were missing the agua fresca, the beans, and in addition to this we requested extra spicy salsa under notes and they added only (4) mind you we ordered (3) seperate orders and at minimum I would have liked (2) or (3) salsas for each, my husband was told they were in the bag he looked and nope only (4) salsas total, I told him to go back I'm and request additional as I had even included some tip. The salsa wasn't even spicy at all! Honestly, I am quite disappointed in the service and will not be going again as I feel service is a huge factor for me. Really good Sushi rolls, they didn't take long to prepare our food although I did order a different roll and the order was repeated back to me correctly. I didn't double check to receipt to make sure it was correct though and received two of the same rolls, other than that very good. We went on a Sunday around 11am and it was very busy so we ended up having to order to go. The restaurant itself was small inside so it's understandable. read more

Been going to the restaurant since there grand opening the food is amazing from there aguachiles down to there homemade tortillas they also have amazing staff that make you feel at home there servers Maria and Mariana are the best. I bought 2 1lb of chicharrón from the get go I realized that the little containers weren't 1 pound so when I returned home, I pulled out my scale to measure food, and I measure both containers of chicharrón and it wasn't even 1 pound in all. For being my first time going to this place, I have to say that it was very disappointing. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. they were quick to sit us down, but it took them awhile to take our order and once we ordered they had us wait for almost an hour before we decided to leave. We called the waiter he came and asked if we needed something else and we told him that we just wanted to cancel our order that was 7:35, he didn't say any about our order being delayed or done.
