My experience with American defense system was very enlightening and educational regarding points of entry on my home, different risk assessments, and how I can protect my home and family. Robert, our technician, was very friendly and professional and installation was very easy. I was surprised with how nicely the newer hardware was installed, full 7inch display android panels very easy to use; no wires needed and it perfectly covered. Overall I would have to say that I am very happy with the services as a whole and would recommend American defense system to my friends and family. The sale rep Emma Taylor was the best sales person she knows what exactly she is doing and gave be the best deal and best package, I had one issue with the door sensor because of my metal door I called in to customer service and they send Robert back he fixed it and gave me free garage door sensor as well. the best feature is you can get text or email whenever there is any door open or shut events and you can do customize online. Great customer service! Just moved into a new house, and wasn't really thinking about getting a security system. They were referred to me by our home inspectors so I figured I'd look into them. I'm so happy I did. They go above and beyond every chance they get. They gave me a much nicer unit, they resolved my one question over the phone in 3 minutes, the installation tech (Joe) had great customer service! Of all the companies and random people making my home a home, he was the only one that didn't make me feel like a stranger was in my house; I was very comfortable with him there. He wrote the companies phone number along with his cell phone in case I needed anything. Never heard of that! I did already call Joe about stickers and signs, he said he'd call right after our call and bring them over. Like I said above and beyond. And inexpensive! ADT came and gave me an estimate, much less then them and ADTs hidden fees was too much for us. No hidden fees is the way to go. A+++ read more

We had a great experience from start to finish. Brock, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and explained the entire process. Installation of the water system by the staff was extremely professional and courteous. After they completed the installation, they performed an awesome cleanup, even hauling off a bush they had to remove. They also asked if we had any questions or concerns. Most companies do not follow up after they sell you something but our salesperson sure does keep in touch. We are extremely satisfied with the system and the professionalism. We have noticed a fabulous difference in the taste and sell of the water. Our skin is more soft and not as dry. My husband even enjoys washing the vehicles because the water just sheds off and does not leave water spots, making washing the vehicles a lot less time consuming. I did a lot of research when considering adding an alarm to our home. For the most part contracts were standard across the companies (unless you planned on installing yourself). So I looking for the best customer service ratings, the latest technology, no up-charge for cellular communication, and the ability to customize the system to my needs. ADS met all my criteria. All my questions were answered on the phone and a technician showed up two days later and installed the system to my satisfaction, as well as trained me on how to use it. There have also been multiple follow-up calls and emails to ensure we are happy with our system and offer us additional training if we need it. Living in Fort Worth, we have hard water. Shower heads are always getting clogged with mineral buildup...shower glass and stainless steel sinks always have water spots. I never saw myself getting a water softener system until someone recommended it. I finally caved and got one from ONIT. Once my order was placed, install happened the following week and went perfectly. The install crew was quick and professional, and did exactly what I wanted with placement of the tanks and pipes!! it was evident these guys knew what they were doing. My sale and install was followed up by a senior VP which was a nice touch. Have and would recommend to anyone else looking for one of these systems!! Bought a new home in Fort Worth and immediately saw the water was causing issues in my home. Build up in the shower heads, water spots, mineral deposits around my ice maker. ADS system is my go to alarm company , long story short I was once on a vacation and my alarm went off At my home, someone from ADS alarm company called to asked if everything was ok and I explain I wasn't even near to home so they asked me if i would like for a Police officer to go check my home and they would call me back. Sure enough they called me back and notified me everything was ok. I've had nothing but a great experience with this company, especially from the Customer Service department. I called last minute to have my system moved (I had to move out on a certain date) and at first, scheduling was an issue since they could not get it done by my move out date. They also stated they would need 2 different dates to fully install my system but after expressing how important it was to have my system installed by my move out date, they not only were able to get it done on time but also got it all done in one day!!!
