Been here a couple of times and can attest to a love/hate relationship with this salon. Love: Lexie! The young lady who does my nails. I first approached this place wanting Olivia to do my nails (my neighbor spoke very highly of her) but Lexie was available. She is a Godsend!!! She turned my monstrosity of a set (from a previous salon) into perfection. She is such a sweetheart; very nice and caring. She takes her time creating perfection on your piggies and its worth every second! I always bring a picture of what i want and she always delivers perfection every time!! Hate: I'm very big on customer service and theirs is not the best. My experiences with the ladies of Oni Oni have become better but a first impression is a lasting impression. Secondly, they advertise that appts can be made via DM on Instagram but no one ever gets to you and when they do, they tell you to call just to be told there's no availability. I've tried to stay away but no one does my nails like Lexie so I will continue to support this business. read more

This nail salon is great! I love how they take their time on my nails. My nail tech Lucy who is also the owner always does an excellent job on my nails and they always last me almost a month before needing a fill. It's beautiful and clean inside the salon and staff are very professional. The salon is always packed when I go so you can expect to wait, but I don't mind, I rather wait for someone that's going to take their time on me instead of rush through my set and cut me like I've experienced in other popular places. I only payed $25 for my full set which I think is reasonable and I love my nails! read more

Never again i will return, new tech didnt do my nails correctly, thick unneven next they started popping out of cuticle area, pricey, before that was rejected and only had one person in there! Causinnof mine also told me the same, but a lady there gave her attitude. We do not need a business like this in our area. We need a friendly, good customer service with experience to pay that price. I would have gave this location 1 star if u could. I literally called booked an appointment for 1pm. Arrived sat in the pedicure chair for an 120 minutes ( 1 hr 30mins ) before I decided to get up and leave. 3 workers there. 1 working and the other two sitting around and NOONE attended me. I have never been so annoyed with customer service. I would have understood if it was busy but it was only me and one other customer in the salon. read more

Just got a pedicure. Staff was super friendly. Nail tech did a good job with cleaning my nails and feet and did a good job painting it. I also like the fact they thoroughly clean the pedicure chair after each person. The reason why I deducted one star is because I paid $25 for a pedicure which is high for the area. I would probably return though. read more

RUN AWAY!!!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS BUT THAT AN OPTION.Save your money and hit up any other place but here. I came here for a full set on Saturday and not even a week passed and I'm left with one nail on. You would think for the price they ask that you would get good quality nail service. But with this "nail lounge" I felt like a snail was doing my nails because she took forever and after my nails started breaking off or cracking down the middle I felt my 9 yr old god daughter could've done a better job. I don't see this business going far what so ever. And as far as returning looks like when pigs can fly and hell freezes over because this place is Trash with a capital T. SO ANYONE INTERESTED IN COMING HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERPRICED FOR NAILS THAT WILL COME OFF WITHIN A DAY OR TWO! This place is trash!! Do not waste ur time or money here. 1. Amateur nail technician. 2. Extremely slow. I went in at 11am and left at 6pm . All I wanted was full tips and a pedi. I promise you it was NOT packed I was the 2nd person there. The Service is just THAT slow and horrible. My back hurts from sitting so long. 3. Quality of nail service is TRASH. The place was clean and staff were very friendly, but I would not return. Even though I only waited about 10 minutes to be seated, I was still there for 2 hours for a gel manicure. It seemed the tech did not even know how to remove my previous gel. The initial price was comparable to other places but they charge for any and everything extra. Finally a Nail Salon close to me. I went to the salon for a pedicure and they was a lil short staffed so I had to wait. But once I got in the chair I had what they called a Spa Pedicure which was great she put some mask on my feet with hot towels which was different. The girl took her time with me and didn't rush me out the door like most places usually do rushing to the next client. I was impressed on how clean they were and the lady (I'm guessing the owner) was constantly cleaning up. I was satisfied with the service and the price was cheaper than what i paid downtown by my job. read more

One day, went in inly had one person sitting and couldnt take me, second time went in got my nails done by a young girl and next day all my nails came off, they were thick, un even horribly done, never again came back, a casuin of mine also told me, a lady there had a nasty attitude, and had one person there and rejected her. Super satisfied! Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge how CLEAN this nail salon was! That is one of my biggest pet peeve's, going to a nail salon that looks like they could have rodents scurrying around the place; you constantly see the employees picking up and wiping down. Secondly, the staff members are all very friendly and accommodating, another big pet peeve of mine is when you feel as though you are being rushed or when the nail tech's have attitudes, definitely not the case here. Lastly and most importantly, the service. I went in to have a mani and pedi done, the young lady that took care of me who's name was Vicky, did an outstanding job! She made sure everything was to my liking, from the water temp, to nail color and design. She was a sweetheart! Moving forward, I will not be going anywhere else or to ANYONE else! I randomly stopped here to get a gel manicure and pedicure. They took me right away. I'm not use to seating for 3 HOURS just for a mani & pedi but they did a good job. It seems like most of the staff is still learning how to do nails. Not the best I've had but definitely not the worst and it's local. The owner and her daughter seem to be the most polished technicians. Not crazy expensive. Everyone was nice and inviting. read more

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Not the best job. Place has beginner nail techs. Had a gel manicure that came off the very next day. She had put so much gel polish that it just lifted from the corner. I wont be returning to this place. read more
