Getting a loan isn't the easiest or funnest process to go through but Annica at One Mail Financial in Temecula, Ca has BY FAR exceeded all of my expectations in the matter and that means more than i can put into these words here. Don't trust them. This is the one in corona off McKinley. They get you all excited over the phone saying you are approved then days go by without a call so I called them back. Only for the lady to say I wasn't approved. I was upset and I told her why didn't you call me to tell me that instead of me having to call you guys? She said because the approval was just sent in. Don't use these folks. I've paid over $5,600 towards my loan of $12,800. My payoff right now is 12000 dollars! ONLY $800 OF THE MONEY I PAID WENT TOWARDS THE LOAN. The ladies are nice and everything, very well spoken and professional. But they work for a company that dramatically robs people that are in need. I don't know how anyone can work for this company, what they're doing should be illegal. These people have no morals and should be ashamed of themselves. I'll be paying off this balance this month and the end result would be me paying over $17,000 on a $12,800 loan. I urge you all to find another solution for financial hardships. These folks will only make it worse because they pray on people in need. Please use my misfortune as an example of what NOT to do. They will literally steal your money legally. read more

I had a really awesome experience with Norka. I genuinely can't express enough how much I liked working with her. She was very professional and beyond a big help. I really liked that she's a woman of her word. When she says she'll call you back, she does. Also I like that she set realistic expectations with me. I was in a corner of a situation and mannnn she saved the day, no joke! I got her all the documents needed and bam! She was on it! I was signing my loan approval and had the funds in my account within hours. I've previously had this lender and honestly had a good experience then but after having worked with Norka, I have even more of a positive outlook of this lender. Well I used to have a loan with them. Paid it off in full early! Then , I read how they pull you in and only do secured loans now. I Didn't believe it because of my past experience but now I do. Went through all The paperwork, and then I was told they can only offer me a secured loan. Even though now I have better credit and again paid them in full early. Waste of time. Very bad customer service. They dont explain the difference of unemployment disability and unemployment. You pay into unemployment thinking your covered for unemployment disability WRONG. If I could give them a 0 I would do not reccomend this place their apr rate is off the roof go some where else. Dont waste your time nor money. read more

So far i have been communicating with Vanessa from Moreno Valley branch ... she has been AMAZING and very helpful. She is trying different options to get the best deal possible. I'm am very impressed.. one of the best customer service I have encountered by far Victoria was amazing also they both made you feel like you were doing business with family. Shark predatory loans I did bussines at one financial lake elsinore. Even when I pay the loan on full way ahead they charge me for the interest. My balance was $9700. When I calk for the payoff they say $10.500 because the interest and I you try to pay extra payments they only take about 5% to principal the rest goes straight to interest first. I give them -5. I was in a financial bind so I called One Main Financial to see if I could get a loan. I spoke with George who set me up with an appointment. I was greeted when I came in. The staff was friendly and professional. Even though they were running behind, they reassured me that my wait wouldn't be long. I was treated with respect. They offered me water and processed the preliminary paperwork as I waited for my appointment. I would recommend One Main to anyone in financial need. read more

Not even the branch I went to but the closes one. The one main financial in corona off McKinley they get you excited over the phone because base on your fico score they got you approved but they don't go off the fico score they go off what benefits them all the credit you have open to how much you money you have left over. If I applied for credit and I get paid off commission and I had a slow month this place made me feel like I don't make any money because I have "to much credit open" but isn't that what you need to do to build your credit not like I'm paying every off my self it's me and my wife but because it's under my name to them "I don't make enough" so F this place. Trust me I would apply for credit I wasn't able to pay. Just applied to pay some cards off with a better interest rate but to them I'm broke. read more

DONT TRUST THEM STACIE IN RIVERSIDE AND AUGIE IN FONTANA Then straight up lied to me and was very shady, I had made a one time payment of $128.03 while i was waiting to be approved for a payment modification they were only able to take a check for the ONE TIME PAYMENT Augie had recorded my persmission for the ONE TIME PAYMENT then the next day a additional $253.06 payment was taken out as a Direct Pay, Augie had taken my banking information from the one time payment and took it upn himself to set me up on Direct Pay without my knowledge or without my permission and took another payment, when I called Stacie said its your due date acting all sarcatic, I said I was told by the manager Augie in fontana I only needed to make the one payment untill the approval comes in on the modification Not to worry I made a good faith payment friday for $128.03 So now there took $128.03 and $253.06 when I have only the $128.03 so now the bank will pay it and charge me fees I am going to compain to the BBB and close my bank account so there never get another penny , I trusted them to work with me but they played me and lied and now Im gonna have them on my credit as a collection. BEWARE !!!! This is a scam. I came upon a financial rough patch . I was referred here by title max. I called spoke with Camille about a car title loan, I gave all my car I information and was told I qualified for a loan . Towards the end of the call I was asked was it an out off State title , I replied "yes" . I was informed they can not proceed because it was out of state ... ok . In my time of desperation I was offerred to apply for a personal loan but my credit had to be ran. My credit report war pulled and I was approved the next day for a loan . I provided Camille my bank statements and driver's license like she requested through e-mail. This was Friday , was given an appointment to go in office on Tuesday being Monday was a holiday . I was hard up for cash , I took the morning off from work to go in and sign the papers to receive the loan. I was called by Camille stating I could come in to complete the paperwork at this point she ask " Do you have an " alert on your credit ?" I've NEVER been asked this or heard of the term so I replied " No" . She then states " Sorry, we can not move forward with the loan " and hangs up the phone . I call back to have a gentlemen answer the phone and act like no one by the name of Camille worked there . This place is a joke , they pulled my credit report causing me to lose points for nothing . Don't waste your time, you'd be better off making a go fund me page , that won't hurt your credit. This company is BOGUS!!!! They don't deserve one star . read more

They are a scam. They gave me a receipt stating I only owed $400 and they staff did not do their job right inputting everything so i actually owe $1400. Only about $80 of a $200 payment goes to the loan so your never even close to finishing it and they do not tell you that. A lot of secret fees. Do not recommend. Did not even call to tell me about the error but sure do call to offer more loan amount. read more

I made a mistake a few yrs ago by borrowing from them. A complete scam. I paid off the entire loan today & now they say i say owe additional 1200$. That doesnt even make sense they are not getting anymore money out of me. read more

After calling the main office and speaking with the supervisor at this location, they were able to correct the mistake and apologize for all the previous encounters. Victoria was the supervisor I spoke with and not only did I get approved for the loan but also was increased by $1,000. read more

Ok this company as a whole has no interest in customer service. I talked with customer service at corporate level again stating I felt I should be compensated due to outright lie One Main Associate told me in order to get me in office. I heard same BS from this person as well. This place is no better (maybe worse) than one of those payday loan places.
