Went online filled application, was called within 10 mins, spoke to, Bridgette Hernandez she was very helpful, and polite. Had a few credit blemish, which I explained and she understood. I was approved, to my shock. Bridgette was very professional and nice and personal. We had great conversation while waiting for all paperwork. To my shocked I was approved for more than was expected or what was said over the phone. Bridgette got me more money than was stated on the phone and I had a little extra cash in my pocket. I received my monthly credit report showing an inquiry from OneMain Financial however I was never followed up with until I finally called them. A supervisor spoke with me and expressed her apologies for the delay and unprofessionalism. The application was placed through Katelyn then handed back for her to care for and after 7 different conversations and 4 different delays I was finally told I was approved. This begin nearly a month ago...today I was once again asked for an item I needed to bring with me to sign on the loan and "revive the funds the same day today" and once I provided that I was told I would be re-worked into Katelyn's schedule to sign and received funds. I arrived to the front door of the office that has no lights on outside or inside to see I had a miss phone call on my walk from my car to the dimmed suspicious office....As I entered I was greeted by a long stare and then given the news that the loan I was offered and they finalized approval on was no longer an option and to "please drive safe, thanks". Please avoid at all costs any ties to this underground looking branch of deception and unprofessionalism (let me be the lesson you do not have to experience).
