Why would you not give your customers the correct numbers?! Isn't that literally 98% of the job? Never answered emailed but blows your email box up with spam all year round. I did my taxes for the first time and realized how much they were ripping me off all these years. It was like pulling teeth to get my documents back. Terrible customer service, just find someone else or save the stress and do your taxes yourself. What a disappointment and waste of money.

However, despite the significant score increase, I was unable to get approved for even a single line of credit -- not even one that would have covered the cost of the tradelines themselves. This experience taught me that underwriters care far more about a robust, diverse, and seasoned credit profile than a high score. Priority Tradelines, as an experienced company in this space, certainly knew this reality yet continued to sell the product without clear disclosure that the score boost would likely be useless for actual lending. As a direct result, I incurred multiple hard inquiries that will now sit on my report for months, further harming my credit. I received zero net value for $3,000 -- only a temporary and worthless number increase and real financial/credit losses. Their service provided no meaningful consideration of value under basic contract principles. Extremely disappointed and would not and cannot recommend.
