He led us through each step without making us feel like any minute we'd be let down. Everyone in there treated us with complete respect. Especially, the salesman, Toby P. Signing papers was also a breeze with lots of help from the young man who went out of his way to make that process quick and simple for us. Not only was the experience of getting through the money process simple, honest, and stressless, but we drove out of there with the car we actually wanted to begin with. I'm honestly shocked both that we would be told a cracked windshield is safe and that we would be punished for expressing concern. I emailed the manager and never heard back. I also initially went to Werner to shop for a car. I was handed keys and told to test drive myself and find info online. Absolutely no service. We had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Bonneville and Son…read more After our Jeep was serviced, we discovered that the windshield had a large crack that was not there when we dropped it off. We brought the issue to our service advisor, Tony, and the Service Manager, Bill. They reviewed the dealership's own check-in photos and confirmed that there was no crack in the windshield when our vehicle was received. Despite acknowledging that the windshield was intact at check-in, they refused to take responsibility for the damage because we didn't notice and report it before leaving the dealership. As customers, we don't think that's a fair way to handle the situation. If the dealership's own records show the windshield wasn't cracked when they accepted the vehicle, we believe they should stand behind their work and make things right. We tried to resolve the issue directly with the dealership before leaving this review, but they declined to help. We hope management reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future, because customer service isn't just about repairing vehicles it's also about taking responsibility when something goes wrong.
