Until 3 days after we pulled from the lot "sold as is" and we were over come with the awful stench of DOG URINE . We put the inside under a black light after dark and it looks like several dogs pissed every where inside the van. We wanted to have the van property cleaned and detailed, but we had (3) quotes with the cost to do it right at $1,500 and the detailers stated that they must remove the carpet from the van to get all the bacteria out of the carpet and the floor under the carpeting, and that they need the car for 48 hours to do it properly and ensure they get the stink out permanently. We called Merchants Manager of Internet sales and their Service Mgr, and we walked thru the 3 quotes with them to see if they would even consider splitting the cost. They refused but did agree to clean it, but they did not do it properly, they had the car for 12 hours. When the wife goes to pick it up she is sold a load of BS from the Service Manager. The stench is back now that the car is sitting in the sun, and Merchants is not returning the wife's phone calls. We are just at the beginning of a one man and woman very public campaign of transparency and how they hid this condition from us. The beauty of our campaign for Merchants transparency is not going to cost us a cent, and yet Merchants will never be able to quantify how many used car sales they may have lost out on. If you are in the neighborhood keep your eyes open for Transparency the signs will be very visible and many.

I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, so I went online and just started searching for what my options are in the market. Upon finding Kane's website, I found it to be very easy to navigate through and to see all the options that I could choose from based on the inventory. This location is conveniently located right across the Massachusetts border into New Hampshire, about 12 - 15 minutes away from the Merrimack premium outlets. There is no high pressure sales pitch, where Staffel follow you around and try to convince you to buy a car from them. It is very much a laid back environment, where the importance is that you find a car that best fits you. Everything was very smooth and easy with regards to the transactions and was able to take my car very quickly upon the purchase. I will add, though, if you are a Massachusetts residence, be sure to remember that if you purchase a car here that you yourself need to go to the Massachusetts DMV to get your car registered and to pay, the Massachusetts sales tax. (you have seven days from the day of purchase to get this completed.) In addition, they also rent RVs if you are someone interested in cross-country or camping this is a wonderful option that they have. This was a very pleasant experience and would be very happy to purchase another vehicle from them again.

They send her to another place for the inspection and it fails with a laundry list of issues and deemed unsafe and fire hazard. Refusal of Warranty Service…read more I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV from Werner Mazda in April 2024. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced multiple defects requiring service. These defects and conditions have substantially impaired its use, value, and safety, including but not limited to: EV battery failure requiring towing and replacement within the first six months of ownership Repeated and prolonged failure of the MyMazda app climate control system following service Cooling system defects requiring radiator replacement Premature tire replacement at approximately 17,000 miles Ongoing loud noise and vibration when turning left Fuel or exhaust odor inside the cabin upon startup In October 2024, the vehicle failed to start and required towing. The EV battery was replaced. Following an oil change on December 27, 2024, the climate control feature in the MyMazda app stopped functioning. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the dealership, the problem remained unresolved until January 23, 2025, after Mazda Corporate confirmed an IT solution and the vehicle software was updated. On October 25, 2025, I brought the vehicle in for a windshield washer warning light, squealing brakes, and a recall. During that visit, Werner Mazda stated the radiator was cracked and required replacement. I was also told that all four tires needed replacement at approximately 17,000 miles. Although the tires were replaced at no cost, I was told I would need to pay a $129 alignment fee, which I declined. After this service, the vehicle developed a loud noise and vibration when turning left. On November 17, 2025, the vehicle was test-driven by the Service Manager, Dylan Gallagher, who stated that he did not have an explanation for the issue. Prior to that visit, I already had a scheduled appointment for November 24, 2025, for an oil change and to verify the recall, which was still showing as open on my account. During that visit, the oil change was completed, the recall was cleared, and a technician video was provided stating the vehicle was in excellent condition. Due to worsening noise, vibration, and a new fuel odor upon startup, I contacted Mazda Customer Service on December 26, 2025 and customer service rep, Starler scheduled a service appointment for January 2, 2026. Werner Mazda accepted the appointment and Dylan told Starler a loaner vehicle would be issued. At approximately 2:15 p.m. that day, I received a call from Dylan Gallagher informing me that the dealership would not be servicing my vehicle. When I asked why, I was told it was because I did not complete a survey after my prior visit and that, if I had, it likely would have been negative. I asked to speak with his boss and was denied. I was told I come come pick up my vehicle. When I returned to the dealership, I was handed my keys by Dylan and told that I could leave. No written explanation or repair documentation was provided. I was informed by Dylan that he had spoken with Eric and they agreed the vehicle would not be serviced. The vehicle remains under manufacturer warranty. Refusing to inspect or service a vehicle after accepting an appointment and issuing a loaner raises serious concerns under New Hampshire consumer protection and warranty laws. This refusal may be considered evidence of noncompliance with the manufacturer's warranty obligations. I have notified Mazda Corporate and filed a complaint with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau.

After the test drive, the discussion about markup and trade-in (although not what I hoped) went quickly, and they offered better financing than I cold find on my own. I made an appointment to have my car serviced for a sensor that appeared to have become detached from the front windshield. I was given an appointment and a loaner car reserved as per my "soup to nuts" extended warranty. When I arrived, I was informed that they had no idea what the sensor was nor what it did. For the record, I bought the car at Bonneville and Sons. After some lengthy back and forth, I requested to speak to the service supervisor. He informed me again that they (the service advisor, the mechanic and the service supervisor) had no idea what the sensor was nor what it did. I was informed that they would have to rip the headliner out of my car to find out what the sensor was and what it did and I would be charged $190 per hour and that wasn't covered by my warranty. I also placed a call to Jeep USA and was told that a service ticket was created and the dealership would get a call about the sensor the next day. I was told that I should be able tell them (the mechanic and the service supervisor) what the sensor did as if I was now a mechanic and that I was ridiculous for expecting them to know their job and to be able to service a car bought at their dealership, as the service supervisor walked off ranting outloud. I finally called our regular mechanic and he told me to get my car out of there now as the service manager drove my car out of the service bay. I was disrespected, gaslit, treated like I was a moron for not knowing what the sensor was and what it did and deceived as they tried to trump up ways to charge me exorbitant service hour fees. Attempts to get ahold of the company owner have been unsuccessful so here we are. I went home and Googled what the sensor was and had an answer in fewer than 5 seconds including a part number for the sensor. I posted my warning on social media and it was flooded with so many comments from others who had also had problems with the service department at Bonneville and Sons. My mechanic has already ordered the parts necessary to fix the issue which is simply the appropriate adhesive to affix it back onto the windshield. If it was possible to give Bonneville and Sons zero stars I would. Be warned, NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT BONNEVILLE AND SONS IN MANCHESTER NH. You'll be sorry and much poorer if you do.
