I purchased a 2010 Ford F 150 from the owner and he agreed to do three things. I told him when i…read morewas coming to pick up the truck but when I arrived to do so he had not done any of the work he promised to do. I also later discovered that the front window on the cap was missing as was the spare tire and the radio did not work. The owner claimed that many people said they were coming, made appointments, etc, then failed to show, as way of explaining why the work was not done. Had he actually completed the work, he would have known that the cap window was missing. When I viewed the truck the sun was in my eyes and I could not see the missing window. The owner later explained that he did not know what I meant but never asked for clarification. As to the radio, he said it was a fuse. It was not. There were also no keys for the cap's locks. The owner disavowed any responsibility for any of the things that were wrong with the truck and now may face a Small Claims Court suit as he has also stopped responding to emails and has refused to make even a token offer of compensation. The problems with this truck will cost me up to $1500.00 to rectify. I offered to have him complete the work at his business and he ignored that offer.

Cedric put all of paperwork in the computer (which took about an hour, he kept answering the phone which took the process an hour longer) we were told the bank would only approve the loan for 2015 or newer. The only vehicle in our price range was 2015 Chevy Captiva which was running when we arrived due to a bad battery. He said oh we have a battery for it. Then why would you leave it running if you have a battery? The thing was a POS , interior had not been cleaned. Transmission going out, bald tires, it shook on passenger side and the rear. Save yourself time and headache do not go there. DO Not Go THERE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are being very deceptive & braking the law. They're using "Bait &…read moreSwitch" & False Advertising tactics to deceive people into either coming or calling to sell cars! I was looking for a car & seen a good deal obviously found out it was to good to be true when I gave them my information & started to inquire about the car. They had a 2019 Dodge charger R/T with a sales price of $13,000. So when I asked if it was available I received a text message that the price was $18,000. I then called because of the obvious confusion and I also live two hours away from the dealership. I wish I could give you the audio to this call. I asked about the car & the polite girl on the other side of the phone just says yes that's the price. I then told her about the text I got & the fact that I'm driving 2 hours to look at this car so I wanted to double check before I leave. She then says well that's the down payment not the actual price. They informed me that the $13,000 is a down payment and the actual price is around $32,000! It's actually wild to me that these types of dealerships get away with what they do & I'm currently looking into reporting them because I don't care what loophole they're using, simply lying is unacceptable in business!

The price online was listed at $5000 for a particular car I was looking for. I got cash out,…read moreheading to them about 200 miles away only to find out in talking with them the DOWN PAYMENT is $5000. The out the door price was over $11,000!! Nowhere did it say a down payment. How really shitty of them.

I stopped in yesterday with my 1996 Dakota. The only employee was a younger blond woman who greeted…read moreme after she ended her personal call close to 4 mins after I walked in. When I told her the yr of my truck she shut down immediately saying it is just to old and has no book value. I explained a few quick points about this truck mostly that it's a very low mileage 2 owner truck with a nice complete paint job, rebuilt drive train incl new brake system. So she said she would come out and take a look which was more like a peek. I raised the hood to show her that the motor gets WAXED regularly and tried to show her the like new interior ( minus a 6" tear on seat) she didn't look for more than 60 seconds and when her cell phone rang she sprinted inside, with my paperwork in hand. She tossed my papers on the counter as she continued out of site on her obviously person phone call. Let me say I get that this type of business certainly has guidelines they must adhere to, I've read the repo rate is very high. I've turned down a real offer of 4k for this truck, yes there are $700 versions out there, but there are also 2 listed in Columbus over 10k and 4 more over 8k, same year make and model. I'm not emplying mine has that much value but it's worth and will bring $4500 ( it's NOT for sale). My point is she didn't even ask me what I was trying to do ($2-300) which certainly poses no risk for them, and her method of valuation which she said the HIGH book is $700 is ridiculous. I had to follow her back in the store, reach over the counter to retrieve my papers, and she was still on that call when I left. I don't know anything about this business but if they continue to run it the way I saw she is only going to need to be concerned about the value of HER car and no one else's. By the way, I decided not to take out a loan of this type as 324% annual interest should be against the law, but their competitor 2 blocks away offered me $1300 within 12 minutes of walking in their front door

I can't even see I was greeted I walked up to a desk where a blonde lady was sitting behind the counter in the chair she never even introduced Herself! I handed her my title and introduce myself because I worked in customer service for 15 years! That's generally what you do is introduce yourself but anyways. This lady never got out of her chair the second I handed her my title she said let me guess you're here for " buchu's of money" your car engine lights probably on, your interior is probably dirty, this was it within 30 seconds of meeting me !! she straight humiliated me! I said actually , no I'm not looking for this buchu's of money I'm only asking for $200 to help me get it until I can get my paycheck. After being humiliated ! I kind of cut her off and said just give me my title back in my paperwork.. I thanked her for her time. I would never in my life recommend going to this place! However I would recommend going down to the corner of Brice and Livingston to a young lady named Asia at LOAN MAXX!!!! I walk straight in with tears in my eyes telling her the way I was just treated less than 10 minutes ago...The difference is Asia at LOAN MAXX Actually got up out of her chair walked out to my car talk to me like I was human and guess what I walked out with $400! So take that !! I wish I knew that lady's name she was one the rudest person I have ever encountered 15 years of customer service! A little piece of advice maybe you should take her chair away from her and teach her how to be humble. People fall on hard times you're there to run a business !! People walk in your Store for a reason!
