The help we received applying for and touring the complex was unmatched. Blair was the type of apartment manage that one only dreams of: personable, professional, kind, and hardworking. This was going to be our college student's first apartment and Blair went above & beyond in helping us through the application process. She spent over an hour with us in her office as we couldn't get the online application to work at home. She was so helpful I knew my young adult would be safe under her watch. I couldn't believe how beautiful the inside of this complex was. It definitely made-up for the neighborhood. We would have moved here but found a place 1 block from our grandmother. I lived in this building for one year. It was the worst experience I've ever had living in an apartment complex.. Make no mistake this property is a nightmare run by SACK MANAGEMENT, just google them. They have absolutely horrible reviews and are known for ripping people off and are verified SLUMLORDS! When I applied for this apartment, I was applying for a certain unit that I viewed on the tour which is self guided because there is no management. The unit I viewed on the tour said if you moved in within 30 days, you would receive one month free rent. I applied for the apartment and waited close to thirty days. The day I moved in or the day before when I went to go look at the unit. It was a different unit than what I looked at when I took the tour at that point, I had no choice then to just take the unit I had nowhere else to go.. also they never gave me the free months rent. It was a complete LIE. Blair is horrible at her job and has trouble completing simple tasks. The positive reviews on here are from the section 8 residents. Wonderful to be paying $2500 for your rent when your neighbor on section 8 pays $500. They don't have to work so they can keep you up all night so you're nice and fresh on your day at work . Blair cannot be reached on the phone. She does not accept phone calls or make phone calls. Blair only is able to be reached via text. Sometimes you will never hear anything back or hear from some random person that seems to have taken over the text thread . There is INFESTATION in this building AGGRESSIVE, NOT FRIENDLY DOGS. The elevator is disgusting with spilled drinks other bodily fluids left on the floor. They will charge you $300to $400 a month for rip off fees boiler fee sewer fee painting the curb fee. AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS it's a nightmare. I'm so grateful I am out of this building!!!!! read more

This place is a complete rip off. First of all it's infested with roaches. Second of all they hammer you with utilities at the end and remove them from your security deposit with no communication of this. Who charges $700 in utilities? And where's the proof? I paid rent on time every single month and they sent me to collections over a few hundred dollars without a single follow up to ensure I received their letter in the first place. One55 Loft Resident here! I'm happy to share my positive experience living here for the past 3 years. I've seen a lot of growth & improvements since the first year I arrived. Both Thayer & Blair are super caring about the residentes here to the point where it feels like family. Thayer is amazing & I'm happy to share that I'm his #1 fan because he's not only friendly and approachable, but good at what he does (and so is BLAIR!). It's great to be around management that go above and beyond their expectations. 155 has upgraded several amenities and are responsive to resident requests & concerns. My favorite upgrade that's been implemented thus far is the mini dog park and hot tub area. I have two dogs that look forward to running around the little dog park on a daily basis. Applied for an apartment here and the quote expired. Went back to continue applying and the rent went up more by $900 the first time thought about it and continued the process and placed a holding deposit on the unit I wanted and even with the holding deposit the rent went up $500 more!!!!! Of course I requested my money back because no one could provide proper explanation and even still it's November 3. Initially I was informed the check would take 21 days to process which would equate to the funds being mailed in the middle of October. I quickly informed the office the funds had not arrived and was told a check would be expedited still nothing. The lack of customer service, and professionalism explains why there are so many vacancies onsite. read more

Worst experience trying to lease a place here. When I call number on website. it just hung up. Then call number here on Yelp and spoke with someone with such a bad accent that I could barely understand them. But they did say that there was no one in the leasing office to show me a unit. read more

Don't move here. Reason #1: I paid the application fee and holding deposit for a 2 bedroom unit at the property. The same day, a community representative reached out and told me the renter decided to rescind their notice to vacate. However, the unit was listed for rent on their website and I paid for the holding deposit! Is this even legal? Reason #2: It's been over 30 days since they cancelled my application and I still haven't received my refund of application fee and holding deposit. They told me it was mailed on March 15th but the check never came. The community rep later confirmed that the check was never mailed and it will be sent the week of April 17th. I'm so lucky this happened because I can't imagine living a community with such inept management. Don't move here!!! read more

If i could rate this place a zero I would. Poorly maintained, older property with no on-site staff and system full of errors. The Property has deferred maintenance issues with roaches and molding cabinets, homeless people constantly walking "gated" property making it unsafe as my apartment was a victim of a break-in, fire-alarms going off repeatedly. There is no on-site office and work-orders go months without updates or follow-up. The automated number for the office doesn't actually direct you to any staff and the text line for residents has you talking to virtual assistants in the Philipines. Their system for collecting bills and charging residents is constantly full of typos and they bait you into signing a lease that they will change terms of upon renewals. Stay Away. Poor business practices, just running a property at bare minimum , but want to label it as a luxury property. They simply put lipstick on a pig. Highly disappointed. read more

I made an appointment for a guided tour at 9:30am, drove 1 hour to get there, there wasn't any parking for future residents (I mean, way after I saw there were 2, but were both occupied by trash cans) I called the office to ask about parking and say that I will be a little late since I couldn't find any parking, my calls went straight to voice mail. After finally finding parking, walked to the office and... no one was there. Waited for around 25 minutes and no one showed up, called another phone number that was on the website, rang rang and nothing. Let's say it was a big waste of my time.... If I knew it would be like this, I would have made an appointment for a self guided tour, but I really wanted to talk to someone since I really wanted to move there and was ready to sign a lease... John from the maintenance team is the best person I have met who works at this building. Honestly, the entire maintenance team is wonderful. They are friendly and get everything fixed quickly and efficiently. Even when I was having trouble with management, John offered to do his best to help me get in contact with the property manager. That's not in his job description, he just did it because he's a good guy and saw that I was in distress. John and the maintenance team get a full five stars. This place is a nightmare. A close family friend who helps care for our kids has lived there for years, and we can no longer allow our kids to be there with her. It's so unsafe. Maintenance staff is literally predatory to women. The "emergency" line for residents doesn't respond to distress calls. Security is totally absent. On -site staff doesn't respond to issue, nor will their corporate office. Hypodermics in the parking lot. And they have infestation issues and are constantly exterminating. And all of that is just in recent months since under "new ownership" that's claiming to turn things around. read more

I cannot believe how awful this place is. Don't let the pretty listing pictures fool you. I came for a "self guided tour" your options for parking are being trapped in a little "future resident" parking space or in the Bio Marin parking lot next to sketchy vans/an encampment. I waited 20 minutes and witnessed a fight between two unhoused individuals and 1 separate unhoused person being arrested. I called the office multiple times during my wait, no response until I finally left. I didn't receive a response to the QR code text for 20 minutes either.I was literally trapped in the future residence space because there is no access to the garage, and nowhere to turn around.
