One Way Title Loans is the BEST!! In a time of need, Jason & his Team were very patient with me and came to my house to take photos of the car and sign the paperwork. Reassured me that I am able to payoff the loan at any time without penalties. Making payments to them was easy, very professional! Just paid off my loan and they called to say that their sending me my Title since my loan is paid off. I didn't have to call them to remind them, they're on top of it. I like to think of myself as being financially responsible but things happen and you need money fast. I gave them a call and spoke to Jason. He informed me that I was approved based on the value of my car (no credit check). He sent me an email of all the information he needed and the next day,he will came out OC to meet me. He had me sign some documents and gave me the check. Super fast! Fast forward 3 months and my car broke down. I called Jason and informed him that the car's transmission went out and that fixing it would be over the value of my car. He came out and had the car towed to an auction facility where the car sold for over the loan amount. The loan was cleared and he cut me a check for the remainder. I would recommend everyone who needs money fast to give them a call first! Ask for Jason or Jay. These are some really honest guys and if I was ever in a situation like this again, I know exactly who to call. Thank you guys for everything! read more

I came up on an emergency and needed some money fast. I called One Way Tile Loans and spoke with Jason. He was very professional, courteous and explained the process thoroughly. Their rate was also much less then their competitors. And in less than an hour, I was able to get 5Gs and was able to resolve my issues. Not naming any names but I called some of the other loan companies to acquire some quick cash. All I got was a run around they needed so much info and at the end the dollar amount I was asking for was too much. What a waste of time. Then I looked up this company on yelp. The guy I spoke with was great, asked a few questions and at the end, about 45mins later I was approved and got my loan. Two thumbs up!! read more

This was my first time to get a title loan, and I did some research and calling before finally deciding to go with this company....I am a skeptic at heart so I wanted to do thorough research before anything. This company offered one of the best rates and if you know, rates for title loan gets pretty high. Not only was the rate important for me, but to go with a company that was solid and trustable. The account manager I spoke to was very thorough and honest, He went thru all of the steps and the required documents in detail. The Wilshire Branch is in a big building with a bunch of other offices so parking is tough. Five stars for this bank for their great rates for CDs. Obviously the rate will vary depending on your term, but if you open up a Savings account with them, you will get an even better great rate. Random note: a cashier's check is only $5. At first, I thought this was expensive because until very recently, I had never needed a cashier's check before but my other bank (Chase) charges $8 for cashier's checks so I guess $5 is actually pretty good.

They even sent someone out to meet me to take the photos of the vehicle and settle all the paperwork. They were able to help me, where a lot of other companies wouldn't because the vehicle I had was at the age where others wouldn't even look at it. One Way Title loans and Jason Lee I can say is the best in this kind of business. I don't write reviews vut for this company i have to. I am shopping companies where to tansfer my loan and I called One Way and spoke with Jason Lee. He has an excellent comminucation skills ovwr the phone and in person. He is so nice. Cut story short, I transferred my auto loan to them and cut my interest rate or APR more than half. It sound like unreal but YES they did.
