Didn't honor the full agreement. Class time completed but business closed before driving time started.

The first lesson I took with them, the instructor fell asleep while I was behind the wheel. I tried to get a refund after this experience, but a woman (not sure who) called me, apologized and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. I took my second lesson and needed guidance on how to parallel park. My instructor literally didn't know how, and about ten minutes were wasted as he watched YouTube videos about parallel parking. I wish I was joking. This same instructor (Sydney) turned on the radio while I was driving to a conservative station where a woman celebrated Donald Trump and ICE. I was baffled considering this is an immigrant-run business. I don't support Trump and I felt very uncomfortable. My third lesson was scheduled the following Friday, and when I got there I was told that I wasn't on the schedule and that someone else was being given a lesson in my place. I asked for a refund while I was there. I didn't receive any confirmation or call letting me know that my refund was being processed. I am positive that they had no intention of refunding me. I then called again and was greeted by a very rude woman who refused to give the name or email address of her manager. I had to call several times until I was finally given confirmation that my refund was going through. These people are scam artists and have no respect for their clients. I pray that no one else makes the mistake I did of taking lessons with them." --- I will start by saying that I did not select this school for my daughter. I would have checked Yelp reviews and known to steer away. My daughter scheduled an appointment with this so-called driving school based on Google reviews which appear to be inflated. Read the responses this nasty business posted on Google to people who gave one star, complaining about the same things. They need to be out of business and I am SHOCKED that they have been in business for over five years now. I would love to connect with people who are interested in filing a class action suit.

They are constantly late to the scheduled driving sessions and then end driving sessions without delivering on the promised 2 hour lesson. They never answer phones and don't return missed calls. They schedule driving sessions for teen drivers during the school day and then charge a $50 cancellation fee for a class you have already paid. Honestly anyone reading this I would strongly recommend you schedule your driving lesson at another provider.

They took me for 400, now they are offering a lower price of 250, but when you steal 250 per student, that can be 4000 per class, but nobody ever gets the certification you need to get a drivers test at the MVA, and the MVA will not help you at all, they dont care! Nobody does, thats why they keep ripping off students, each class gets them 4 to 5 thousand dollars, most kids just don't know how to fight them, they claim to be out of business, and stop answering your phone numbers, I been calling the police, better business bureau, and the news, nobody cares, and nobody can stop them, I am just hoping to warn unsuspecting kids of this horrible scam they are running over there!!

First, if texting is a. method of contact for your business, I expect a response in a timely manner. Nine days is too long to respond especially when I had to follow up. Second, it is June 27th and your next available drive time is August 31st?! Over two months for your next available appointment is unreasonable to me especially if we cannot get our license until we complete these drive times. I am hoping that there are better prepared driving schools out there. I have other children that will need driving school but Parkville Driving School will NOT be an option.

After the first drive time was complete, I reached out to Mr. Phil requesting a second drive time. Mr. Phil responded back and was adamant that he would not schedule additional drive time until our child has practiced 8-10 hours with us. She received no feedback during her drive time nor we were told what to practice to help improve her driving skills to even know what to have do when she is under our supervision! When we have taken her out, we feel that our daughter is doing a great job for a new driver! So our family found his response unacceptable! Mr. Phil is her instructor and we are paying him to provide our child the basics of driving which she needs! When we said that if he is unwilling to teach properly and help complete her drive time, that we would like to request a refund. Without hesitation or explanation, he said that he will issue a refund! He did not argue nor try to keep our family as a customer! Now we are left not knowing why Mr. Phil let us go so easily and wondering how a company can refuse to continue working with a child while having to search for a new school to take over! I am extremely disappointed with this driving school! The communication has been poor and has been through text messages and we have found Mr. Phil is very unprofessional and unhelpful! Despite the great reviews they have that led our family to choosing this school, we have had a horrible experience! Do yourself a favor and bypass this driving school!

Though the driver was obviously anxious and inexperienced, he was cautious and pretty much able to navigate. We both pulled into a very crowded parking lot with cars in front and behind us. The driver stopped and put his car in reverse and sat there for a while. As a parking spot was open and he was not moving I went ahead and parked. As I was ready to get out of the car, a woman, whom I can only assume was the instructor came up to my door demanding I move because the driver was going to park there. She was hostile and aggressive. I looked around and saw that the lot was full of standing cars and realized the traffic mess would only get worse by my attempting to back my car out so I refused and went on in to Dunkin Donuts. The instructor repeatedly yelled that I was 'prejudiced bitch'. Numerous issues here! 1. A bitch is a female dog. I'm neither a dog nor a female. 2. I had no idea what the race of the instructor or the student driver was. I never had an opportunity to see the driver and only saw the instructor, who is Black, when she approached my car. 3. Modeling this type of behavior for a student driver is absolutely reprehensible as it was really akin to road rage.

They do not take credit card payments. They are over priced compared to other schools in the area. Lastly, and most importantly, the instructor Ms. Nolan has no patience with the students and complaints are met with "the instructor has full discretion" by the owner. I told my son he did not have to return after completing more than half the required classes. He was so happy and did not mind starting over with a new instructor at a new school. It was the close-out event to a month-long celebration of my birthday and it was the perfect closer. I've long wanted to do a glass-blowing class so when this popped up I was excited to get my friends together to try it with me. Admittedly, it was not initially what I was expecting (there was no formal class or long instruction or presentation) BUT it actually turned out to be even better because it is more of a hands-on experience with individual attention from the staff along each step of the process. We had a reservation for 5pm and once we all arrived, we were given the safety breakdown and clear instructions on what we would be doing, and then we were off! Everyone chose something personal and had a blast creating it with the guidance of the kind, attentive and helpful staff. Each member in our party went one at a time with a different staffer to begin their creation, which was great because it allowed time and opportunity for us to capture video memories and photos of each other during the process. The prices are extremely reasonable, which I love because I tend to be a frugal fanny at times! I only wish the options for the class projects included a few more piece variations at each price range ($25 to $70). The projects from start to finish do not take very long, which is a good thing and bad thing...if you don't have anything planned for afterwards :-) At the end of the event, my friends all had something unique that they created in remembrance of our time together. We are all very excited to view our finished pieces. I personally, will be back to create more unique items for all my family for this holiday season! Thank you Ms. Brie and Ms. Brianna!
