I asked for zoom meetings when the pandemic first started and got the cold shoulder, it says conference calls are allowed in the bylaws. When they do respond they lie and make false promises, luckily I keep all communications. We tried setting up a time for a call to sort out their error but instead of answering my calls or just leaving an apology on my voicemail they decided to be petty and play phone tag for 2 weeks so I gave up. My wife is in a high risk pregnancy and I have no time for foolishness. If this is how it is for just an HOA, I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be like to have them manage property or rent from them.

Our property had some missing boundary markers from the previous surveys. He was able to pinpoint where they were and reset them. He also corrected a previous marker that was off by several feet. Jose was at our property the whole work day working tirelessly. Our property is also a difficult landscape with lots of brush, Fallen trees, and a creek that you have to cross over. He answered all my questions and explained everything he did. He then went and showed me where the markers were for future reference. He is not available Saturday and will go on unreachable vacations without telling you. After 100 days with little traction we asked to mutually agree to part ways, offering 2000 to cover pictures and time. He refused, demanding way more money than he deserves. When we finally gave him what he wanted he sent over a unilateral release telling us "it's the same as a mutual agreement." IT IS NOT! If we had let him get away with that we would have owed him 1% when our house sold with an agent who actually put work in. This is the 5th home we have sold and have never experienced an agent like this. There are good agents out there do not choose David.
