l was in need of experienced realtor who would be hands on and walk me through the process of selling my rental home as I was highly stressed due to being in the middle of a hostile eviction. I was impressed with Kemi's reviews on this site and reached out to her. She responded promptly and even assisted me in finding a reliable contractor to repair my home that was "ironically" vandalized the day after my renter was evicted, which put me in a rush to sale due unexpected repair costs and loss of rental income. Kemi was hands-on and kept me abreast of everything. Though I was in a coveted school district, she did not sit back and wait for the home to sale itself; she was proactive in using various methods to market my home and even offered to assist me in renting, if I ran out funds to wait for a winter sale. Though the caveat is home sales are statistically slow in the winter, we kept the faith and after the home was repaired while on the market, it quickly sold. Kemi supported me every step of the way. She is professional, dependable and a go-getter who is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. I cannot wait to team up with Kemi again for my next real estate endeavor! read more

Very disappointing experience with Elegance Realty, LLC. Based on my experience, the level of communication, professionalism, and customer service did not match what I expected from a company that describes itself as providing personalized service and having an outstanding reputation. Communication was frustrating, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the attention or urgency they deserved. When dealing with something as important as real estate, clients should be able to expect clear communication, timely responses, transparency, and professional follow-through. Unfortunately, my experience with Elegance Realty, LLC and its management fell well below those expectations. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this company do their own research, ask detailed questions upfront, and make sure everything discussed or promised is documented in writing. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Elegance Realty, LLC. read more

One word: ANGEL. Kemi is not only an incredible individual, but she's absolutely incredible at what she does. We had been searching for a place to live for over 2 months and nothing seemed to be working out in our favor. As soon as I found Kemi's number online, I took a a leap of faith and boy am I glad I did. Kemi put together a list of possibilities and booked a showing of the condo that afternoon. During our application process, Kemi made sure to keep us abreast with updates concering out applications. After understanding our urgency even more, she even wrote a beautiful heartfelt note to the owner on our behalf. 1 day later, we got the condo! Kemi is amazing! The true angel of real estate! If ever you have the chance to work with her, take the opportunity. They don't make great agents like her anymore! Thank you for being such a great help in finding our very first apartment. read more
