The walls are a little thin but not a big deal. You can really tell the management takes pride in the appearance of the community since landscaping is always great. They power wash the hallways every few months to keep things clean and valet trash is always on time. There is trash sometimes on the ground but I think that's more the residents. There are a couple late nighters and kids going to school via the bus stop by the gate so keep that in mind. Maintenance is always completed promptly and is easy to request. Tour/Move-In: Everything was clearly explained, tour was thorough, the staff professional and friendly. I had toured many buildings that were all nice and relatively new. What sold me on Broadstone was the customer service of the staff. Building/Unit Amenities: In my opinion they were all top notch for the price. I am from LA so I felt I was getting a lot for my money. I was the first tenant in my unit which was cool. I loved the hardwood floors, the huge walk-in closet, and new appliances. I made sure to live on the top floor as I learned my lesson in other places, therefore noise was never an issue for me. The gym is definitely the nicest apartment gym I've ever seen. No other gym membership was needed. And it's open 24/7, AC always worked, music/TV always worked. I don't recall any equipment ever being out of order. There are 2 privates room to work out in as well if you want privacy. The co-work/working space is excellent. It's nice to get out of your apt at times when you work from home. And it's super convenient to just have to walk across the street and not try to fight for a table at a coffee shop or the like. I didn't rent a private office, but I didn't have a need to. There were plenty of open tables and when I needed to make a call there are little private "phone booths" with a desk. The pool is nice, but I honestly didn't use it much. Nothing wrong with it, but for me there are too many kids. I want to relax at the pool, not hear screaming kids or have them run around/splashing everyone. Kids are kids so I get it. You don't complain about that, I simply avoided the pool. But it was always clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs. People used it and as long as kids don't irk you, you won't have any issues with it. Parking was never an issue. I did reserve a spot when I bought a new car, but you definitely don't need to reserve a spot as there are plenty of spots. I will say be careful if you park beyond the 1st floor of the parking garage. They built it very narrow and going around the corners is like playing chicken. And unfortunately, not everyone has common sense or is courteous, and they come around those corners way too fast. I avoided it by getting a spot on the 1st floor of the garage. It's just accidents waiting to happen on the floors above. My car was always safe in the garage and on the premises. The coffee shop is a nice touch. I saved so much on coffee and it's always a nice little spot to read or work. Maintenance: I can't say enough great things about the maintenance team. They are amazing. Quick to respond and attend to maintenance tickets. They really do go above and beyond and I can honestly say they are the best maintenance team I've had in all my years of renting. Package Room/Mail: They use the Luxor system and when the carriers follow instructions it's great. I've never had a package stolen. The only negative I have on this is that sometimes the carriers are lazy and just leave the packages anywhere in the package room and then you have to dig through them. When this happens the leasing office will try to organize them. It's true the fire alarms will go off on occasion. It sucks, but they do their best to minimize it. They seemed to get a handle on in after a particularly bad month of them going off. The elevators do go out of service on occasion, but it was never both at once and they do their best to get them fixed ASAP. When I got my renewal it was a very small increase. Only reason I did not renew is because I moved back to LA. If I ever return to PTC I will go right back to Broadstone PTC. I had no issues getting my security deposit back and in a timely manner. I'm a picky B, and I 100% recommend Broadstone PTC!

I lived at Broadstone in a 1 bedroom apartment in Building 1 from April 2023 - February 2024, then…read moreI moved in with my husband who lived in a 2/2 at Broadstone in Building 2 from October 2023 - December 2024. Here is my thorough review of the complex. -- Building 2: If you decide to move here, stay VERY FAR away from Building 2. The people who reside in that building do not care about upkeep. They let their dogs pee in the elevator and poop right in front of the door to the building. They are constantly smoking weed and are insanely loud at all hours of the day. -- Trash: Overall, there is always trash in the stairwells (mainly cigarette buds even though it is a "no smoking" complex). Trash pickup is also 1-2 times a week which means that there will be multiple dumpsters in the middle of the road between Building 1-2. -- Parking: There is always someone parked in the walkway between Building 1-2. More than a few times, people have even parked (and left their car) in a way that you can't get around them to get to the parking garage. Another issue is, if you parallel park between buildings, people will block you in by parking beside you (you can see in the picture below) -- Pet waste: ~80% of the dog owners in the complex don't pick up after their pets even though there are pet waste stations all throughout the complex. Often, I would even see someone letting their dog poop directly next to a pet waste station then not pick it up... Which truly sums up the people that live here. -- Building 1: Between the two buildings I personally lived in, Building 1 is the better building. It is cleaner and quieter than Building 2. However, don't lease an apartment on the side of the pool. Especially during the summer, people would be in the pool until midnight and would be as loud as they pleased. -- Mail/Packages: Broadstone runs their package system through Fetch which is the MOST inconvenient thing I have ever experienced in an apartment. The way Fetch works is you have a completely different address for your packages than for your mail. Your package is sent to a Fetch warehouse and put in your "box." From there, it is picked up by a Fetch employee and delivered to your door. Sounds great in theory, but your packages get to you days later because of the extra steps. Plus, if you have people sending you packages, they have to have both your mailing address AND your package address and know the difference between the two (considering we had dozens of wedding presents trying to get delivered, you can see how this was an issue...). -- Moving out: We moved out Dec. 3, 2024 and didn't receive our deposit back until the last week of January even though our lease says we would get our deposit back within 30 days. When I returned our keys, I was not given any information on moving out and the leasing agent only took my keys and put them in a drawer (no email confirmation or anything). In fact, I had to ask them if they needed our new address to which the leasing agent responded, "um yeah probably." Then he searched his desk and pulled out a sticky note... Needless to say, I didn't have full confidence that our move out was recorded. Sure enough, through initiating a conversation with a different leasing agent at the beginning of January, I could tell that our move-out process hadn't started. All of that is just the overarching issues. We experienced lots of nuance problems throughout our 2 years of living there that just made our time there that much worse. If someone forced me to live at that complex again, I would choose Building 4. It has its own parking garage and seems quieter than the other buildings. However, if you don't care that you are paying a luxury price tag for a non-luxury apartment complex, this is complex for you! All of the issues we had with the complex wouldn't be a huge deal if we had paid significantly less in rent. Don't let the great amenities fool you... the tenants in the complex make this a terrible living experience.

I knew from the moment I stepped foot in the doors of Broadstone Junction's leasing office, that I was making the right decision. When touring the grounds, I could definitely tell that an extensive amount of detail was put into the buildings, which is a nice touch to have as a renter. The pool is gorgeous, and there are loungers that actually sit inside of the water, giving a resort feel. The clubhouse is great, my friends and I reserved it and had a dinner party there one night and we had the most amazing time. There is a kitchen area with a lot of counter space so we were able to bring prepared food over and set up a self serve area for everyone. If you're a remote worker there are a few spaces for you to work or have a private meeting/presentation. My favorite amenity is the creative space, which is designed for creative social activities like a beginner art class! They also host a ton of resident events, from coffee and cookies, to holiday parties and everything in between. They even invited a food truck last month, and gave the first 30 residents a $10 credit for their order! I absolutely love it here! A beautiful property with a ton of amenities, professional staff, and a responsive maintenance team? What more could you ask for? However, my move-out experience raised serious concerns about communication, integrity, transparency, and how charges were handled. One issue involved a $200 charge for a paper parking sticker. We were given nearly four pages of detailed move-out instructions and possible fees, and at no point was a parking sticker ever mentioned as something that could be charged for or required to be retained/returned. That omission felt like either a lapse in oversight or a lack of clarity around fees. We were never informed about this charge beforehand, and it was only removed after I questioned it. For future residents, don't toss your parking sticker--because apparently it's worth charging you for later, even though it's almost certainly never reused and feels wildly overpriced for what it actually is. There was also a carpet "damage" charge at move-out. The only documentation provided was a statement noting that the carpet had been replaced approximately five years prior and was due for an upgrade, which aligns with typical apartment carpet replacement cycles and normal wear-and-tear timelines. However, no evidence was provided showing that we were actually liable for "damage" beyond normal use or what the "damage" even was. Despite requesting clarification and proof multiple times, the charge was still insisted upon, and I was told the account would be sent to collections if it was not paid. After that, communication was cut off, which felt unprofessional given that I was trying to resolve the issue in a civil and respectful manner. Overall, while living there was fine, the move-out billing process felt unclear and inconsistent, especially regarding documentation and dispute resolution. If you have been victimized by Greystar and Everleigh I invite you to join the Class Action Lawsuit that hundreds have already joined. They've taken a nice building and mismanaged it to the point that it's turning into a slum. Enough is enough and it's time to stop Greystar's and Everleigh's schemes of taking advantage of us who are 55 Plus.

I would not call these luxury apartments. the ceiling in my apartment is very botched. The pools have been closed a lot this past summer due to maintenance. The areas where they keep the gas grills are not kept nice. (people do not take care of the things they are allowed to use) The furniture all needs to be replaced but then it would probably make our rent payments go up. The only noise problems I have had are the people they hire to do lawn maintenance loud talkers, the cars that don't have mufflers are loud and the people playing their music in their cars with their windows down are too loud. LOL I had a person in their parked car, playing music so loud the base was rattling my windows. Oh and the windows?? the seals are all broken and they have moisture and dirt between the double panes. I have on nice clear window because it was damaged. I am sure there are nicer apartments here but the two that I have rented over the past 3 years have been outdated.
