Al was very personable and explained to me exactly how he would be removing the Jacuzzi. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to do the job right away so I scheduled with him. The job they were on ran long, but they were communicative about the updated time - which thankfully worked for us. Not to mention, his prices were the most reasonable as well and he broke down exactly what the rates would be based on the amount of stuff I had to get rid of. He said that he had a super busy upcoming weekend scheduled but that he could stop by tonight around 6pm if I was OK with that. I took him up on it and they came by promptly at 6pm (same day) as promised and quickly packed up all the junk and were totally friendly and polite the entire time.
