On time, good price, 2 pleasant young men. I would use then again for-sure. They had to struggle with very heavy furniture, but got it all out with no complaints. read more

This started out so promising. I needed some dirt and concrete removed from my backyard. I sent him pictures and communicated what I needed. He arrived, my husband stopped working so he could guide the young man into our gate. I went down the street to retrieve supplies from my contractor that Donald requested. He then called and asked could my husband come out to help him. That wasn't possible. Needless to say he was there for about 30 minutes and didn't put a dent in the project. He charged me $200.00 and never followed up on when he could finish the job. My husband says I was bamboozled and he will no longer let me hire help. Unfortunately this is the last black business in this industry I will be supporting. Please don't lie and say I didn't tell you that I had dirt. I was disappointed with the service I received, as such I can leave a review. I let some days past hoping you would follow up with me like you said you would and you never did. Please try and see this from my perspective. Can you send me the receipt from the dump? read more

Needed several boxes removed from my garage after moving. Over the phone, they were responsive, professional and offered a great price. Their professionalism continued when arriving to my house. Nice, clean truck- two guys were in and out within 5 minutes. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thanks read more

Donald was great to work with. I needed cement to be disposed of and Donald responded within 5 minutes of my yelp message and was at my house in the next 30 minutes. He was able to clear the two piles of large leftover cement blocks from a construction job by himself in order to give me the best deal. I will definitely be using Donald's company again for future projects! read more

What can I say? Donald is amazing. He saved me time, money and aggravation with his work ethics. When I hired R2R, I was thinking they will haul all of the items I needed gone and leave me with the cleanup. To my surprise he offered to sweep and organize the items left over in the garage, inside the home and laid a couple of bricks that were missing in my yard. I am forever grateful to him and his best friend. Both of these young men are respectful hard working men. I'll be sending referrals their way and have my hauling company for life. read more

I needed to get furniture removed quickly and I had a limited budget. Requested quotes from Yelp and initially R2R did not make my final cut. But thanks to Donald's persistence, I am SO glad he came over to give me another estimate after actually SEEING what I needed removed. The three other companies all INCREASED their estimates where as R2Rs did not change. R2R also was able to complete the job in just over 2 hours whereas the others said at least 4 hours and 2 trips. Donald & Ty arrived on time, were very respectful and did a great job. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend R2R! read more

Quick turnaround, incredibly responsive and very friendly. I will be using them for any junk removal needs I have moving forward.

Donald is awesome, he came last minute, literally same day. We had a landslide in our backyard where some giant boulders fell down into our yard. I broke up the boulders into smaller, more manageable pieces but needed help getting them out. Donald answered probably 50 my my dumb messages and even waited while I got other quotes. He was totally flexible, on time, communicative, and totally professional. Would 100% recommend R2R for any junk removal or debris cleanup needs! read more

We added a few items onto the original quote and quickly agreed to a revised price. He got everything in and hauled away. Job well done. Recommend. read more

No need to call I 800 Got Junk when you have Donald from R2R Junk Removal on the job! Donald and his younger brother Sir (who just graduated high school) are so polite and responsible. They are amazing at their jobs. I had them remove two mattresses and then two weeks later had them clean out an office and an apartment- it was a HUGE job which they did beautifully. Donald is a young, small business owner who is just starting his business. He has a great attitude. Please support this wonderful guy and his growing business. I can't wait to collect some more junk that I need removed (not really). read more

Contacted them with a picture of the pile I needed cleaned out, and they responded with an estimate and their availability. 3 guys came out the next morning. Professional, quick, and had the best pricing out of 4 companies. We're in the middle of a renovation, and they were very careful trekking the old cabinets out. No new scratches from all the nails, and they even swept up after. 10/10. read more

Was available to come immediately, very quick and efficient. Great price too. Highly recommend!

Responsive and helpful. I appreciated the quick service. I would use them again when needed.

AMAZING ALL AROUND!!!! they are quick, they are on time, they are AFFORDABLE and they are honest!! These other junk hauling companies wanted to charge based off of volume of space taken up in their truck which was going to cost me waaaay more than I expected to pay. R2R charges an affordable flat rate. I will DEFINITELY be using them again recommending them to others. read more

Very respectful and hardworking gentlemen. Had a quick response and was able to come out within the hour. Would recommend to anyone.

All went extremely well with this job. I was contacted immediately and quoted a price 30-40% lower than their competition.
