As a direct consequence of this negligence, I incurred multiple tire punctures, and the company has yet to accept responsibility or provide compensation for the damages sustained. This situation presents a potential workers' compensation claim and, moreover, the failure to reimburse the affected property owner is unreasonable and legally indefensible.

Peter came the next day and took more pictures and made measurements. He called me early the next Monday with an estimate, which we discussed. He called back later that morning and said he could have someone out that day. Dave showed up and pretty much by himself took the chimney down. Another worker showed up and hauled it all away. Dave patched the roof where the chimney had come up through and shingled it and also put new brick in the wall where the pipe had come out to vent the stove. Another worker came and trimmed and painted under the eave and sealed the inside wall. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the job they did and will recommend them to anyone who needs work on their house done.

They fixed water damage in an upstairs closet and painted the entire closet. Looks great. We also have a small mud porch that we asked for help with. They added insulation and shingles, installed 2 new doors and made this porch a very cool place to hang out in! Their work crew was excellent, and the clean-up was perfect. Collis Ramos came back to inspect the work and to ensure all cleanup was done. They worked with our insurance company and followed up as needed. This was a fairly large job, and the cost was reasonable and fair. Overall, we are super pleased with Ramos Roofing and highly recommend their services. JoAnn S.

You know that voice in your head that asks, "Why are you contacting a facebook ad for home repair?"…read more You tell yourself that surely they are insured. Certainly they must do good work. You see only a couple of reviews and roll the dice on a free estimate. It's fair. I mean like REALLY fair. The "other" guys with the wrapped vans and well known logos have given you estimates nearly double what Pastor Roofing gave me. So I roll the dice. I'll be honest, the communication wasn't great...but who needs constant contact anyway-that's just annoying. And I didn't get a written estimate...just a verbal one. (Again, that voice that says, "Umm, is this really ok?"). The day before they are schedule to show up I get a final notice for the labor. I am told that I will reimburse the cost of supplies and they will show me a receipt. All seems fair. Let me tell you...they are worth every penny they charge. The siding was done perfectly. the fascia they replaced was done perfectly...weird angles and all. Plus they found frame rot and repaired that for only an additional $150. Top notch workmanship!!! Excellence all around. We will be hiring them before Winter to replace some windows as well! (And the nextdoor neighbor had hired them for their siding repairs too!) I can't thank them enough for a job well done!!!!

Bottom line - I have a new, professionally installed 50 year roof…read more My only critique, if any, was that there seemed to be a small disconnect between the project manager and the crew hired to perform the install. The crew did fantastic work, and worked until dark for the 4 days they were there, but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the scope of work. But what they lacked in manpower, they made up for in sheer hard work. That said, Premier Home Designs was the least expensive and still offered the best product. And because of the communication issues we had, I was generously compensated after the job was completed. Gregg also helped me finance part of the roof and at 0% interest. That was a tremendous benefit and definately helped us out. I would hire again and recommend to friends and family.

We have an asbestos roof original to the house built in 1939 that desperately needed to be replaced. We also had significant water damage to our entryway and stairway leading upstairs. Our insurance adjuster came out to inspect and gave us $7,000 (a ridiculous amount) to replace the roof and fix the interior. The insurance company cut a check; closed the claim and stopped returning our calls. We checked Yelp reviews, called AGR and Zach came out. He looked at everything, took pictures of the roof with a drone and said our insurance company was definitely low-balling us. He got our homeowners policy information and assured us our insurance company will pay for it. AND THEY DID. We did not have to do anything. Eight days later, our insurance company cut us another check and payed a total of $30,313. We had the entire roof replaced, interior fixed AND new gutters. Zach was in constant contact with us. He was very hands-on and always checked the completed work. SERIOUSLY, use this company for all of your roofing and construction needs. Excellent work!!

I want to start by saying that the subcontractors who actually did the roofing work were amazing…read more They did a great job, were professional, and I was very happy with the quality of their work. Unfortunately, my experience with the company itself was much more frustrating. I was very upset to discover that a commencement notice had been placed against my home before we had even discussed or finalized pricing. Each time I brought up my concerns, Alex repeatedly told me, "Don't worry about it." Then, over a holiday weekend, I received the notice from Izabella Brown. When I questioned why this had happened, I was told by Alex that it was "company policy." I found the way this was handled very concerning and felt that I should have been informed and given a clear explanation before anything was filed against my property. There was also an issue with someone coming to my property to pick up materials without anyone informing me beforehand. He pulled into my driveway squealing his tires and then did the same while backing out, running over the small end of my retaining wall and leaving marks on my driveway. This was extremely disappointing and could have been avoided with better communication and care for the homeowner's property. So while I am very pleased with the work performed by the subcontractors, my overall experience with the company was negatively affected by the lack of communication and the way certain things were handled. I would strongly recommend making sure all pricing, notices, and property-related procedures are clearly explained to the homeowner before work begins.
