I once subitted a scathing negative review a only had to remove it under threat that my project will not get completed. I have placed charge-backs and was threatened by OSD the same. Now I submit that the Company is a failure to please me and never launched my advertising campaign as promised last week. Ui feel I have overpaid for amateurs for amateurish product. Follow-up: OSD/Sigma Communications pulled my website down after I filed disputes with PayPal. I do not have the web files as I really do not own it. I will see what PayPal can do about escalating this to a Claim. I feel bad for others that posted negative reviews and trust OSD will do the right thing to refund or make amends. At this time, there is no website available for me and was down since Saturday. Frank Miller, Project Manager, admitted "We did pull your website" That is obvious because I have pending disputes through PayPal. Very frustrating experience. They stole $1,300 of my money. To explain, before any work was done- I requested a refund. I was directed to complete a "refund process". I submitted my formal request. I have not received a refund nor a response in several months. My calls and emails go unanswered. They have gone ghost. Which essentially means their guarantee is worthless. I put in a request for a website. Austin called and gave a price of approx. $600 for the construction and going live. It took about 4 months before going live. They kept offering programs that would enable the site to draw consumers each time a program would be up in the $500 range, all the while improving the visibility of the site. Their annual renewal was $ 1,500 for a domain and SSL. This company is a total scam. Each time I asked why I was not getting traffic, they wanted me to buy/pay something else. I spent close to $5K in the year and a half that I was with them and guess what, absolutely no contact, not even with GOOGLE MY BUSINESS. They charged $500 for that service, although I had already done one. Still no traffic. Also, whenever I questioned them, they kept transferring me to different developers. Once I did a transfer, Frank Miller sent me the files, they failed to attach many of the plug-ins and to make things magnificently destructive, for the Search engine visibility, they had checked the box for "Discourage search engines from indexing this site. TLDR - Very unprofessional company, does NOT provide you with what you pay for, uses immature and unskilled designers (Amy Cooper), absolute worst-case-scenario NIGHTMARE SMMA experience. Amy Cooper was my project manager. She spoke with very improper grammar, misspelling words and using illogical sentences. I didn't think much of it as we were just talking 1 on 1, but then her bad grammar carried over onto my pages. She was providing copywriting and post edits with severely flawed grammar, frequently misspelling words in my company's posts and captions. Imagine a company posting content with bad grammar... how unprofessional is that? In regards to her actual copywriting skills, they were also severely flawed. I had to do 95% of the copywriting myself because no matter how many revisions I requested, she would constantly provide unprofessional and corny copywriting such as "The perfect sunglasses for your summer adventures!" and "An era of eyewear experiences"... like what? As for the edits, they were also flawed. The designs were unprofessional and mundane, but I regrettably approved them as I was in a big time crunch. Speaking of, she didn't create the first post for a WEEK - an entire WEEK of my plan was wasted because it was taking her entire days just to write a few post captions. The designs featured weird backgrounds and obnoxious subtitles, far from what you'd expect from an SMMA company. After the first 1-2 weeks, the relationship started to really collapse. Amy was posting only once every 3-4 days, despite the plan including 5-6 posts per week. She reposted designs multiple times, in addition to reusing the same design subtitles and post captions multiple times. She kept using hashtags I told her not to use, hashtags including other brand names and making my posts look weird and cheap. She was not receptive to changing any designs, no matter how many times I asked. If she did make a change, it was extremely minor and oftentimes lazy. At this point, I knew just how badly I messed up by making a deal with this company. I requested a refund probably 10 times, with Amy ignoring every single one of my requests intentionally. So, I had to contact her boss, at which point she finally addressed my refund requests. BEWARE: Their company has a rip-off refund policy, citing they are only obligated to provide a 30% refund if it has been more than 24 or 48 hours (somewhere around there) of the payment date. Even if you request a refund instantly after the payment is sent, I'm pretty sure they still only offer around 60% back. That is a HUGE red flag that I overlooked, please don't make the same mistake. Any honest, hardworking, confident-in-their-abilities company does NOT need to hold your money hostage like OneStopDesigning does, this is a sign that they experience refund requests often. So, I had to accept my loss and continue with the deal. I even requested for a new project manager, to which Amy replied something along the lines of "please don't, it will make me look bad to my company, please don't"... again, so very unprofessional. My request for a new project manager was ignored, and I had to suffer with Amy Cooper for the following weeks to come. By the third week or so, I was genuinely embarrassed to look at my page. It was so bad, so unorganized, so far from what I had requested in our initial consultation. Fast forward another GRUELING 3 weeks, to the 1.5 month mark (I paid for 1.5 months). My plan included 5-6 weekly posts on 4 different social media platforms. So, 6 weeks with 5-6 posts per week comes out to 30-36 total posts on EACH of the 4 platforms. What did I get? 24 posts on Instagram, 24 on Twitter, 24 on Facebook and 3 on TikTok. That's right, THREE. They cheated me out of 57 TOTAL POSTS, which represents over 40% of my ENTIRE plan. Taking into account the 3 Instagram posts I deleted (because they were lazy reposts), that is STILL over 40% of my ENTIRE plan. I paid for 132 high quality posts over a 1.5 month span, and got 78 low quality posts. Ridiculous, right? And when I raised this concern to Amy, the true nightmare began. She denied ANY and ALL accountability for this, spewing a myriad of accuses ranging from "we never agreed to post on your TikTok" (which they did, and I have multiple screenshots of proof) to "TikTok is banned in the US" (which is a complete lie). I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute to get part of my money back, which Amy replied with multiple times saying "end the dispute, we will win" and unprofessional garbage like that. BTW, I won, because PayPal saw just how poorly I was treated. OneStopDesigning even started to threaten me at the end. Insufferable company. They also tried to give me 8,000 FAKE Instagram followers. NO JOKE. I told them multiple times how unethical and unprofessional it is, and Amy Cooper kept trying to force it on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
