It was clean, empty, for the most part at 7:30 AM on a Monday. The woman running the place was an awesome, sweet lady. She had someone come in to work, cleaning up the bathroom and machines already in decent shape. They even provide detergent if you forgot yours. There's a snack machine and a change machine, there's no need to get singles either. And even better? Sonny Side Up Breakfast and lunch in the same area so I could get a coffee and an overpriced Bacon, cheese and egg croissant (I'm sorry, $9.60 for that?!) I don't suggest you do either. To make a mistake is totally understandable. To not own it or fix it and just leave a longtime customer hanging is unforgivable. Don't expect Superior to deal with any service issues (which will inevitably happen) with professionalism. Because they won't.
