I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. Bubbly Boy also had a line but the 10 cars in front of us seemed to be moving OK. To speed things up an attendant walked up to the cars in line and took orders and then came back with receipts. The car wash itself was very good, the water seemed clear & clean and the suds were plentiful. The best part of this car wash was the crew of towel attendants at the end, they hand dried each car in a thorough and complete manner. That included hand drying each wheel and all the spokes. Going forward I would choose this car wash over any others as it seems to be the new #1 in the area.

The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

While the intersection of Camp Road and Southwestern Blvd. was really flippin' busy at the time I was trying to get in/out, overall things were good. The station is just off of I-90 and inside they have all of the usual gas station delights to send you off into a caffeine/carb/betes coma just in time for the next leg of your trip. This is a touch free car wash where you just pull in the bay and park. There are 2 bays and there was no one there so I didn't have to wait. There are 4 wash options that range from $7-12 and you can choose and pay at the window screen before you pull in. My car was pretty dirty so I chose the ultimate plus, $12 option, and I was pretty shocked that most of the dirt and dead bugs came off. Not as good as a hand wash and probably not quite as efficient as delta sonic but not bad, no wait and decent priced. I believe that since this is automated they are open 24 hours which is also a plus. I found out after that you can go online and buy discounted packages of car washes. They also offer an incentive if you download their app.
