I started to receive texts from Kirsten. I talked with her via the phone. She was rude and…read moreimpersonable during the so-called interviewed. She was rude and read to me. Excuse me I am an adult. Nothing conversational about it. Nothing relational. She then sent me an email immediately after this unprofessional screen. What a surprise! She was nice. My resume would be forwarded and reviewed by Parker's client. That was fine. After stringing me along, she texted, left a voicemail and emailed me. I was at an appointment. I turn my phone off so I can listen to others without distraction during appointments, etc. I let her know to only call or email. Overkill. I returned her call. Quite demanding, entitled and self-serving. Jump ahead because I do not have time to write everything out. She lied to me twice. So, I decided to decline the Zoom interview with the client and I texted her since she appeared to like texting. I declined the interview and I blocked her. In a matter of seconds, she called me from another phone number and what overly nice - not authentic. Kirsten, who do you think you really are. She talked over me wanting to know why I declined and what company I planned to go to. She continued. I finally raised my voice and talked over her. I don't owe a liar anything. Why would I tell you what or where I am going? So, you can benefit from my work? I can help you. No way! An awful technique. She kept talking over me so I swore. I am not proud of it. Parker your need to build relationships, not steamroll people, who your representee reached out via text as a marketing tool. I asked Parker to remove me from your files previously when Kyle worked with you. It was disorganized. Remove me! I have contacted numerous HR professionals and let them know of my experience with Kirsten. Kirsten, you have received too many Participation Trophies. Get over yourself.

Worked 2 days ago didnt get paid as advertised same day pay by 7pm. Called 3 times the next day…read moretwice they lied including the second time i called they said money posted an hour ago (flat out lie i checked before i called) . 3rd time they said pay would hit in roughly any moment - which it did... But only about half of what they owe me. They then meanwhile the whole3 times i called tried to get me to come into work. Beware of these guys i know for 1 if they pull this BS again i will not only never work at this location again, but i will post up at their location and let all the employees did and how they did it and how is happened to my dad, whom also works there, on numerous occasions. The person he trained to become a "co-manager" became THE manager after my husband turned the branch around. They refused to give legal paperwork to change our insurance until I got my employer involved. They asked my husband to discriminate against others and not follow laws. They make up titles for people who are completely unqualified and expect a "yes ma'am" behavior. Slightly disagreeing will cause you to be fired and denied unemployment. My husband will not associate his name with this complete disaster of ethics that they call a business. Take a long hard look at everything- including job titles before accepting any position or business with them. Do you want your name associated with a company whose lost a LARGE lawsuit for discrimination?

Quite a few have a handful of friends, very little impressive jobs and no recommendations to note. Disturbed to go into my own linked in and see that someone employed by Opti Staffing- Tukwila, who had intentionally harassed our home multiple times and had charges filed on them was using the Opti company name to access my own personal work info. Even more alarming was this person was listed as a professional linked in recruiter when at 19/20 years old their own job experience was a prior bikini barista, work at dream girls, an attempt at only fans and a few months in retail. No possible way they would have the ability to decipher what a good candidate for employment would look like. Given this is the quality of recruiters hired by Opti Staffing of Tukwila I would steer clear of using their services based on their pick of quality/knowledge of recruiters. Hopefully the other recruiters are not of the same work experience. A recruiter at a minimum should have a stellar work record so they can filter good candidates. When you hire recruiter's with no relevant work experience and who have never held a job longer than a month or two with less than a cumulative years experience that shows the quality. Wondering what their hiring criteria is to become a recruiter given this?
