I wish I would have contacted Keith last year when I was setting up my Company file. By this year I was really confused with the numbers in the reports, as I don't have an accounting background some things didn't make sense to me. Well I read about what Keith specializes in and I thought "It is like he knows what's happening to me" I liked the part of teaching how to fish since I'm the kind of person who wants to know why? and how the things are done. I e-mailed him my general concern and he was very wise asking me a detailed list of matters that I was experiencing with the program so when he came over we both had a picture of what our session was going to be about. As some other persons mention his methodical way of working and his empathy for understanding where I was standing helped very much to go through all the issues I had created during the year and to conclude a very productive work session. I finally understood some of the Basic Accounting Concepts that were essential to enter the data into the system, so I appreciate his practical sense to make this happen. When my copy of Simple Start 2009 started acting up, I decided to solve my problems myself and buy a new copy on Amazon. I discovered that the software was licensed to someone else, and couldn't be transferred to me. I then contacted Keith, who promptly sent me a link to re install the most current version of my software from Intuit. Unfortunately, I no longer had my original disk, and re installing the software with the other copy eliminated my license codes. Keith immediately sent me a link to look up my license codes using the business phone number I used in 2008-2009. Unfortunately again, I had to tell Keith that I couldn't remember what phone number I had back then. He creatively suggested pulling my tax returns from those years, as most folks put their phone numbers on them. That didn't work, but in the end, I paid for a background check which turned up my old phone number. Keith was a big help, providing me the download link for QB SS 2009, so now I have the permanent download files and their location. I highly recommend his advice and services. Regarding Dr. Quick Books, Inc. (Keith Gaormezano): he came to my home to install QuickBooks into my Apple computer and get me up and running to manage the financial part of our rental business. He was prompt, pleasant and really knows his stuff. I am a very organized, methodical person, who may be a bit of a slow learner when it comes to technology, and Keith was very organized, taught what was necessary to get me going without being overwhelming, and was patient.
