The odd thing is that, we have a wide range of clients and aren't actually a member of that industry. We later attempted to contact a principal of the company to see if he could right the boat. Alas, he didn't provide us with the courtesy of a reply or clarification. This episode leads me to conclude that we've dodged a bullet. Getting into bed with a company that lacks insight and empathy can only lead to heartache down the road.

Fashion Templates have completely destroyed years of players' work, and demanded that players who already paid for game content in the way of Equipment Templates pay them AGAIN - for features that were supposed to be INCLUDED in the purchase of Visions of Eternity. Arenanet censors and bans anyone in the forums who speaks out against their fascist, draconian, and fraudulent business practices. Everyone who has requested a refund for their purchase of Fashion Templates, or for the Transmutation Charges they used before the patch where they took the price away, has been denied refunds. Concerns Regarding Customer Service Responses…read more One day like any other I had a simple in-game error in Guild Wars 2 where I did not receive the expected currency reward. Anticipating a potential problem, I captured both before and after screenshots showing the date, time, and wallet totals. A weekly chest and two tasks--together worth 550 Astral Acclaim--should have increased my balance, but the resulting wallet total did not reflect this. The evidence I provided clearly showed that the currency was not properly credited as expected. I submitted this evidence to ArenaNet's customer service. In response, I was told: "Upon checking, we have verified that the currency was properly credited to your account. Additionally, we have found that you have purchased 91 Bag of Coins in the Wizard's Vault and consumed a total of 575 Astral Acclaim on June 04, 2025." The issue at hand was on June 3rd, 2025, there was no mention of that. This response also raised more red flags. It is impossible to purchase 91 Bags of Coins in the Wizard's Vault under the current system--only 90 are available (their 2nd error). I requested transparency regarding what amount they believe was "properly credited" to my account. No reply was given to this question. My evidence shows: * Before: 1290/1300 Astral Acclaim * After: 1330/1300 Astral Acclaim * Weekly chest should provide: 450 Astral Acclaim * Two additional unclaimed tasks: 50 each (total 100) Simple math: * 1290 + 450 + 100 = 1840 (Expected outcome) * Actual result: 1330 (Received) Even assuming just one task was credited, that would be: * 1290 +50 = 1340 -- their verified crediting only gave me 1330, something is wrong here. Their verified system looks to be inaccurate. I should also point out I never claimed anything and was expecting it to look exactly the same as before: 1290/1300 with 5/6 tasks of the weekly complete, and 2 full tasks complete but not claimed. When i logged in after an update everything was claimed for me and greyed out and the improper credit was given. Sure, I was tired and forgot to claim things before I fell asleep that night, but if that's the issue why did i receive any credit at all? and the credit i did receive doesn't add up for anything that I did. However that had no effect on my other accounts which also had unclaimed items before hand and were unaffected after, which I also provided evidence of. Still 1290 + 1 task(50) does not equal 1330. Their system should have shown an error, it supposedly did not. Clearly, something went wrong. Despite this, ArenaNet's customer service continued to stand by the original (and incorrect) claim that everything was "properly credited," ending with: "Rest assured that everything is accounted for. If you have other concerns, please let us know." I followed up again, only to be told by a second agent that the first agent was correct--without any new or specific clarification as to the "proper amount" that was credited. Additional Concern: Coincidentally, I noticed a separate issue on the BBB site where a broken page returned a generic message that included the phrase "rest assured." I had received a nearly identical message from ArenaNet's support team. The repetition of this phrase in unrelated contexts raises concerns that ArenaNet may be relying on automated or scripted responses rather than fully addressing customer inquiries. This experience has left me deeply frustrated--not just because of the lost currency, but more so due to the evasive and dismissive handling and lack of transparency by customer support. I am simply asking for a specific explanation of what was credited and why the math does not add up. The continued lack of clarity and avoidance of direct answers is unacceptable.

Their email service works, their website building software is comparable to a semi-advanced blogging website, their email support is decent, and they support Japanese users very well. I would recommend this to someone who's not very good with computers, or someone who prefers Japanese IT support. Their office is in Bellevue, so if you have time to go to Bellevue (or live near Bellevue) to visit them you'll be better qualified for in person service which I haven't experienced yet due to personal regional restraints. Since I don't have time to do a better webpage design/and we've paid for a year of service, I will continue to use PSP with 2.4 star satisfaction. If I were more involved with the early stages of our webpage designing, I would've looked into other services such as wix beforehand. It's good to note that we probably have one of the lower level plans. I will update this review if my satisfaction changes.

Had an emergency phone screen replacement for my girlfriend's Samsung S25+ after it dropped on…read moreconcrete and cracked. Cost $330 for the repair. After replacement my girlfriend and I started noticing condensation both front and back camera lenses that eventually led to the phone randomly turning off. Tried troubleshooting but unable to turn phone on. Took it to another third party phone repair shop for diagnosis and was told whoever did the replacement left the inside messy and the screen connection was loose. The repair guy was able to bring the phone back to life during diagnosis but the screen was flickering. He recommended to take it back to where it was originally repaired. Drove back to Redmond and explained the situation. Employee said it will be about 2 hours to take a look and will call/text when ready. Okay cool. So we waited 2 hours and when we came back and he asked did you receive a text. I said it was already the 2 hour mark... The one hour device repair guy then explained the screen connection is corroded and proceeded to show a picture on his phone of the corrosion. He suggested we must've dropped it in water. So now I'm thinking, how can a connection be corroded internally if this phone is water resistant and the phone had these problems AFTER the repair? Even so, we NEVER exposed it directly to any source of liquid since the time of initial repair. Even if we did, shouldn't it NOT have this issue anyway? Also we NEVER received any document or signed anything acknowledging of any potential risks after repair. I asked the repair guy what are our options. He said he can order the screen replacement and have it done on Wednesday. I asked him if this was going to be charged. He said yes. I said no. He said call the number for "headquarters". I called and no one picked up. We left and on the drive home the number from "headquarters" calls us. I explained the situation again to "headquarters" guy and asked for what are our options. He said we'd have to pay $309. I said no. He said let me place you on hold and call the repair guy in Redmond. We waited on hold for a bit. He comes back and says the corrosion is from water damage. I'm thinking what is this guy trying to imply? We continued to have a back and forth until he relents and says I can do it for $209. I said no thanks. That is literally the cost of a replacement phone adding both repair costs. Honestly I was livid after this conversation. Not only was there zero accountability from their end, but they tried to shift blame on the customer for using their phone normally. TLDR: Please make sure you are aware the risks of getting anything repaired from this business. It might make more sense buying a replacement instead.

Some tried to dazzle me but then kept adding on fees while others didn't even seem to want my business. Some were wanting me to wait way too long for the finished product and then there were those who were always putting me on hold. In the end, the decision was clear, McNamara signs was reasonably priced, an independent business and had excellent customer service. The process was very easy. You pick out the style you want and add feet if you want them. I think it's best to go with a plastic or wood and we chose the wood. They laid the artwork I supplied over it and it came out exactly like the image I had. The colors matched perfectly and it really looked better than some of the older signs we got from other places. Now it was a bit of a drive for me to get there but it was totally worth it. And the best thing of all is that they have a dog in the shop! I wish I would have brought my pug with me so he could have said hi! McNamara signs does quality work fast and their customer service was perfect! I'll definitely be back when I need more signs.
