I was a little weary at first of how 15 minutes could help--don't I need more time?!--but it was perfect. Tim was so kind, but also very direct and wasted no time getting down to business. He obviously spent time getting to know my position and who I was ahead of time and had actionable items and feedback. I have utilized other resume workshops before, but honestly never felt like my time was utilized well or gave me specific feedback to improve. Definitely an opposite experience with Tim. I now know a few tweaks to add in to improve my resume despite having a job that didn't fit in to the examples he provided, but nonetheless very helpful. I would suggest their services to anyone wanting to get an edge up on other applicants.

Thanks a lot Priya and Mahesh whom I strongly recommend for career and job interview coaching. I did the hard work as they both raised the bar on me which helped me win these offers. I'd like to share the reasons for my 5 stars: They reviewed my entire career path and challenged me on some of my beliefs. In just 2 sessions, they knew more than I did on what was holding me back. Each session gave me deeper insights into the interview process, what to expect, and how to best prepare for every single round with the interviewer, including the final round with a Vice President. I was given assignments that grew my skills, and my knowledge. I got a real taste of what the large tech corporations really expect from the high performers. Because Priya and Mahesh are executives from technology industry and have hired a ton of people, their advice is very relevant and powerful. Sometimes the feedback was brutal but I realize those are the moments that transformed me. They gave me some great advice on salary comparison and negotiations which was very useful as I am new to many of the components involved here. I wish I had met them much earlier and not wasted some of the opportunities before. . I look forward to learning more from them to crush the new goals they have set for me !
