Denise Denkins (hope I am spelling her name right) is from the Alpha/Preston location but subbing in for someone, made the orientation a joyful experience. Her awesome personality kept me focused on what the Workforce solutions has to offer for those of us looking for employment. A lot of items are free and that's a huge plus for those who are struggling to make ends meet with no steady income. Resume builder, setting up Linkedin profiles, and even computer basic classes are among the awesome features the workforce solution has to offer. Nurses, beware -- you may not get paid on time…read more I verified my Instant Pay setup with two different ShiftKey agents before working my first shift. Both confirmed everything was ready. No one mentioned that my debit card needed to remain unlocked, which caused my first payment to be blocked. I unlocked my card immediately and it has stayed unlocked. I received my second payment instantly, but after my third shift, I haven't been paid--and once again, they're trying to claim my card is locked, which is absolutely false. I've been texting their help desk since shortly after 3:00 p.m. It's now 6:06 p.m., and after 2.5 hours, they still say they can't reach payroll. There is no phone number to contact anyone directly, and the help desk gives scripted, generic replies with no escalation process. They originally told me I'd be paid within 48-72 hours. That was four days ago, and now I'm being told it could take up to 120 hours. I no longer trust what they're saying--because I've already been misled. After reading the Google reviews, I saw that this is not an isolated issue. One nurse wrote that she waited 480+ hours after being told she'd be paid in 72. This issue has been ongoing for years, and ShiftKey still hasn't fixed it. This is a multi-million dollar company that is not paying its nurses. They: Fail to disclose key Instant Pay requirements Routinely delay payments without explanation Offer no live support or accountability Blame nurses instead of owning their internal problems If you're considering working for ShiftKey--don't. Nurses show up and do our jobs. ShiftKey needs to do theirs: pay on time, every time.
