I hired the groutsmith to repair and seal my grout after my new shower installation (which had less…read morethan desirable results). Groutsmith came out and evaluated the condition of my shower and scheduled a technician come out and perform the work. The color match was essentially 1:1 and while the grout install made it more finicky - requiring multiple visits, I was satisfied with the outcome. Groutsmith's technicians are very professional, clean up after themselves and pride themselves on good work. It was not the cheapest option, but I think it was money well spent and in general I can rest easy because they stand by their work and if it isn't up to par - they'll rectify it to the best of their ability. I evaluated other companies and I'm glad I went with Groutsmith for my groutwork. Once I have other groutwork - I'll be calling back The Groutsmith.

Initially, Donna came to give us her professional advice on what options we had and how to proceed. She was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. It required removing some grout with a saw, which sounded messy, but was not. Her estimate was very reasonable. In addition to the amazing job Mike did on the floors, he also did an excellent job cleaning the tile kitchen counters and caulking the backsplash. They also looked like they were newly installed. The unevenness wasn't visible to the eye but really noticeable by catching one's shoe or toes on the raised edges. They also worked with me to get my other bath white mosaic floor back to white. The installer had left "haze" on it, then stripped the haze and discolored the white grout in areas so it didn't all match. Koszo are the best at these issues and any other for stone and grout installations. WE will be using them from now on! PS I am very picky as I am in the design business.

Anything portable is nonsense and a waste of time My carpet was close to new when his team was done. Shout-out to Reggie and Sergio The owner, Mike Bruno, after lengthy interaction with carpet repair and cleaning - was next level in experience and technique. Apparently he established the company in early 90's Also of note is Mike does flood & mold remediation work. He found our leak and did as little damage to remediate our house while drying and eliminating mold. I've seen and experienced less knowledgeable companies that waste time and money attempting to locate the cause. Mike is amazingly accurate at finding the source and fixing 5 stars is insufficient rating for his hands--on, respectful, cost effective approach 8 stars in my book

First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this team for high quality products, professional treatment and advice, and an impressive installation experience.

He left the area spotless, with no lingering odors, and the finished shower looks beautiful. Since there are no VOC's we could stay in the house while the resurfacing was being completed. Long version is that both tubs were ruined by living in this house 21 years which made them dingy, my mother in law's assisted chair set up which scratched up the bottoms, and our teenagers dying their hair which set black and blue color permanently into the scratches. One tub was acrylic and the other was metal, (determined by me testing a magnet). They both looked really bad and dingy and I was pretty concerned that the metal one was bound to start rusting out with continued use. The tubs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years even after a deep cleaning. There was no shine. I was embarrassed to have guests use the restrooms, as there's absolutely nothing you can do to hide a bathtub. So I read a lot of reviews and got a few quotes. OBR had a good price to begin with plus they offered a 10% cash discount. I also liked the idea that they were so confident about the finish not yellowing. I have a few re coated tubs in a rental property that have held up over the past 25 years but they have yellowed over time and are ugly. I'm going to invest in having OBR redo those tubs in the near future. I only needed to do the insides. The outsides still looked shiney and new. Serge recommend that I let him remove the drain kit so the white coating did not get on that metal and that gave me the opportunity to run over and buy new drain kits (for about $25 ea) and that was the finishing touch. Both tubs now look BRAND NEW and have a very glossy, almost wet, looking finish. I am thrilled with the end result and feel I most definitely made the best choice in hiring these guys. I wasnt too concerned about the potential smell but if you are, the process is indeed odorless. Serge told me it might take around 6 hours but it actually took about 4.5 hours for him to do both tubs. I had left him home while I was out and had to come back sooner than expected since he finished early, and he was very gracious waiting for me to return. The coating only takes 1 day to cure. A+ experience all the way around.
