Unfortunately, one of our landlines stopped working the day after the technicians left. The Frontier guys didn't seem very familiar with landlines so I contacted Anthony at Phone Jack Medic. He was professional, courteous, and found the problem almost immediately. There were loose wires in the outside phone box, which were loosely secured with electrical tape. He properly secured the wires, weatherproofed them, and Voila! The landline works perfectly now. His service was extremely reasonable in price. We would recommend Anthony and his services for anyone dealing with a telecommunications problem at home.

I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

Today, we got in and out in about 30 minutes. Upgraded my son's phone, activated/transferred the data, and did all the stuff in no time that seemed to take hours in the past. Upon entering, we were greeted immediately. No wait! There were ample employees and the store itself is calm and big. Nice colors, comfy, and great music playing as well. Definitely not a stressful and crowded environment. Nilda instructed me to log in to my account on my phone and then walked me through the trade-in and upgrade steps. I paid the activation fee on my phone as well through Apple Pay, and then she went to get the phone. Next came transferring the data and we were out the door! Seriously, I can't believe how pleasant the whole experience was. I'll be back soon to upgrade my own phone. Nilda is the best!
