Very organized and regulated, even when it looks like there's a daunting crowd of cars outside, the parking structure cast members are really good at direction, letting you know where to stop your car and this truly shows that Disney is a well oiled machine. Free parking with the higher levels of Magic Key pass, if not you're shelling out $40 or more depending on how big your vehicle is. There's elevators and escalators, just make sure to remember where you parked or log it onto your app. I think my only issue is that I've seen more shenanigans happen here than any other parking spot at the parks (Toy Story/Pixar Pals). I've seen drinking, smoking many forms of substances, trash everywhere, including what looks like an entire picnic and all of the trash just tossed onto the other parking spots, and most worryingly, a woman getting out of a car while it was driving while yelling at her partner and blocking us from leaving. I guess with how popular this parking structure is, you're bound to see something.

The FiRE+iCE waiter validated my parking, but the ticket still looks the same. Waitress told me the machine will know via barcode. But when I went to pay, my parking wasn't validated after all. We were on floor 2, we stepped in and hit 1, the elevator doors closed but the elevator didn't move. The button didn't even light up. We were only there for an hour. We ended up going to Roy's bc the free cultural fair was really small anyway. Not sure why the lot needed to charge me for the entire day. It definitely felt like they wanted to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MINORITIES. This was so unfair, especially since the event directed everyone to this lot for free parking for an hour. So if you're going, just don't tell the attendant (or say you're just going to one of the restaurants) and you will get free parking.

The shuttle is free and drops you off right near the front entrance. The ride was quick, probably around 5 minutes, which made getting to and from the park pretty easy. Most people park here because they think it's for the movies but in actually, anyone can park here. I went to go eat at a resturant, stopped by the bank and taking my time, enjoying the breeze while I watch the sunset on the top parking lot floor. You'll be surprised but you don't have to fight for parking on the first floor for safety. I passed so many cars parked along the 3 floors I drove thru to get to the top and it's still half full up here. There's also a working elevator, if your feeling too lazy to walk down the stairs. Plus I'd rather park here than on Downey St, especially when people are crossing to get to the clubs and what not. Edit : Forgot to mention but this can be alternative parking for going to the restaurants across Firestone. Whenever we park in this structure we take the level 2 walkway across and go visit the Disneyland Hotel, Trader Sam's, and wander through Downtown Disney to get to the parks. For me it is a nice walk and a little less congested sometimes than the other entrances.
