The Baseline: For a parking structure you must provide parking, there must be a level of safety for your vehicle, and the price for the parking must be fair with the area it is located. This is a highly, regulated paid parking structure. The structure has all of the following features (as of March 2025): $35 per car or motorcycle ($40 to $45 for oversized or trailers) ADA compliant spaces are available and some have EV charging. EV charging spaces are available and they use the ChargePoint App for administering. There is preferred parking available for an additional fee of $20. When exiting you have to hit the left exit lane if you can bypass the Ball Road stoplight. Magic Key holders get discounted or included parking. Pixar is where the preferred parking area is and it is closer to the walking bridge to Downtown Disney. I rated it 4 stars only because Disney parking is pretty expensive, but it is a safe, monitored structure. read more

This parking structure has a handy access to the Walkway to Downton Disney. It also has the best exit route for our way home. It does not have any handicapped parking though. But then again, we very rarely get proper handicapped parking at Mickey and Friends lot either. read more

I had no idea I could park here with my Inspire Key pass. I have always parked at Mickey and Friends but someone posted that Pixar Pals is less crowded and they were right! As you are driving down Disneyland Drive stay to the right (it will show Parks to the left but that goes right into Mickey and Friends). You will then see signs and an entrance on your right to Pixar Pals. It is located directly across from Mickey and Friends and takes the same shuttles to the park but is less busy. Especially if you have an EV or Handicap (or both like me). The first floor has EV chargers and lots of Handicap spaces! read more

Love parking here especially with the stroller, no need to fold and carry the stroller in the tram. Just walk the bridge on the second floor and go through security at Downtown Disney. Only downside is they close the lot midday so you only have access to it if you come early or pay preferred parking. read more

Pixar Pals Parking Structure is right next to the Mickey & Friends parking structure. We ended up parking at the Pixar Pals several times during our visit at Disneyland during the Halloween Half Marathon. Parking here is relatively seamless. We are usually parked on the top floor, 6, when going to the theme park. There is a elevator available as well as escalators to get to the security check point and the trams for the theme park. Standard parking rate is $35 and preferred parking is $55 per day. Parking opens hour before the theme parks! read more

Once Mickey and Friends is full, you'll be directed towards the next light, where you'll enter the Pixar parking lot. Floor 2 is the DTD walkway if you're avoiding the tram when can get severely backed up; especially because you'll end up pooling with the guests from Mickey's lot for the security check. Those with strollers, needing the elevator...I think the Toy Story lot is the best option IF you can fold it up quickly and get on the bus. Just know from past experience that 2 strollers & fam fit so the wait can be long for Pixar / Mickey & Friend's. read more

Parking opened one hour before the theme parks opened to the public. We pre-paid $30 to park and notified the attendant we needed EV. The attendant gave us a special ticket under a windshield wiper and we were directed to the row of chargers. There are FIFTY EV chargers! While I don't love the pricetag, my missing star is due to the stickiness on the parking garage floor. I stepped in numerous spots where previous park patrons poured our sticky beverages before they left and what remained is the partially dried aftermath. It took a good bit for the sticky/squeaky to disappear completely. I thought we parked in the Pixar lot when I checked in on Yelp. Turns out we were in the Mickey & Friends lot. Both of these two large parking decks funnel park goers to the same area to then everyone goes through the security checkpoint and onto a tram to head to the Downtown Disney drop point. read more

I guess this structure may be less crowded than Mickey & Friends. Recently parked here on a Sunday morning and it went smoothly. We parked in the space we were told to and took the elevator down with no issues or any wait time. We were able to find our car easily at the end of the night. Each floor is themed after a Pixar movie! I've parked on the Finding Nemo and Monster's Inc floors before and when you enter the bag check area on the ground floor, there's silhouettes of beloved Pixar characters on the wall and a Luxo ball outside for photos! Parking is very spacious and it's a cute touch that the elevator buttons are based on the movies. PRO-TIP: If you want to go to Downtown Disney or are going/returning to the park via Downtown Disney, you can take the bridge from the Coco floor. It's a bit less crowded than the regular tram walkway. read more

This would definitely be a 5 star parking structure if it didn't cost $30 (as of 10/27/2021) to park here! It is well designed just like the Mickey & Friends parking structure adjacent to it. They have sensors for each parking stall so you know exactly how many spots are left for each row. You can use either the escalator, elevator, or stairs to get to the ground floor. As of right now, the trams are not running, so you'll need to walk through Downtown Disney to get over to the park entrance. To walk across the pedestrian bridge, you'll need to get to the second floor. read more

What a joke! For $30 you'd think that they would at least have functioning escalators. Nope, they were out of order. As a result there were huge lines to take the elevators. So yes it's expensive. I paid $55 for preferred parking because holy h3ll the like just to get in took us 30 minutes at least. The preferred parking had a lot of empty spots still. The themeing of the place is cute (is themeing a word? you know what I mean though). We were on the Cars level. Went to the escalator, then to security, and hopped right on a tram to DTD. I'd rather spend more for convenience and ease (although the line to enter was super long) than have to take a bus or walk a mile when we're going to be walking miles inside the park. read more

On a Saturday night I ended up parking in this structure it seems not completed yet again like Mickey And Friends all one way directions which in this one is also a pain if you go down a row not finding a spot you have to go all the way around. So far the red/green parking spot lights were not on and not working even though the sign that gives the number of spaces available was on. Each row was not completely lit it was like maybe every 5 or so lights were on makes it kind of eire. Lastly I didn't notice any restrooms on this end so you would have to go on the Mickey and Friends side. Overall once it is all complete and running smooth like Mickey and Friends parking will be a lot better. read more

Pixar Pals is the expansion of Mickey & Friends Parking structure. The entrance is closer to the Downtown Disney parking entrance. If I'm going to park in the structure, I usually enter from Ball towards Mickey & Friends, but this time, we were rerouted to Pixar Pals. The entrance is different but the exit is shared by both structures. Parking these days is $30 per car. I remember when parking used to be $15-$17. Gosh, those were the days. If you have a Magic Key pass, depending on the pass, it's discounted or covered with your Inspire pass. There are elevators and escalators for use to get down to the ground floor. The neat thing about the Disneyland app is you can mark in the app where you park. The app has uses your location to let you know which lot you're in but you can specify floor and section too. Pixar is the newest of the parking areas and getting through security is a breeze. Enjoy your visit! read more

Yes, they added ample parking, but they didn't increase the number of exit points. So leaving the park in the evening is a NIGHTMARE due to having to exit through Mickey & Friends - especially during weekends. Expect to be sitting ducks waiting to exit longer than you stand in line for rides. lol You've been warned. Disneyland has made very poor engineering decisions on this $100 million structure. For the last four weekends in a row we have been parking in the Pixar Pals Parking structure: Once by accident, twice on purpose and once by being rerouted. On our latest visit this past Saturday, we were able to get parked in less than two minutes which has to be the quickest we have ever been parked since becoming passholders. I decided someone was trying to tell me something so I opened up a Yelp page, left a tip and now I am writing a review. The Pixar Pals Parking Structure opened on June 30th of this year almost a month after Galaxy's Edge had opened in Disneyland. The parking structure entrance ( https://bit.ly/2k0wpuw ) is on Magic Way facing Downtown Disney, but you can also get rerouted from the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure into this structure and the only way out of Pixar Pals I have found is by going out through the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. The standard parking fee is $25.00 for each vehicle and $40.00 for preferred parking. If you are a Signature or Signature Plus Passholder, standard parking is included with the price of your pass and all other passholders must pay the fee each time they visit the parks. On more than one occasion we have witnessed no line ( https://bit.ly/2jVmqq9 ) if you enter from Magic Way, but starting in September the lower passes will no longer be blacked out which means the utilization of this entrance will surely increase. The capacity of the Pixar Pals structure is just over five thousand vehicles and is about half the capacity of the Mickey & Friends Structure which holds ten thousand two hundred and fifty vehicles. There are a few parking spots on each level of the Pixar Pals structure which have charging stations ( https://bit.ly/2ltkghY ) dedicated to electrical vehicles. I wouldn't recommend charging your vehicles here unless it is an emergency since I have been informed that Disney charges a higher than standard rate for their electricity. The ground level of Pixar Pals houses permanent screening stations ( https://bit.ly/2knMM4n ) for baggage checks and metal detection before you are taken by tram to the park entrances. The ground level also serves as the new Tram Hub ( https://bit.ly/2lOJgjN ) complete with Mickey light fixtures and a large Pixar mural ( https://bit.ly/2kejvcw ) along the far wall. Disney is still completing the remodel of the area between the two structures, but the part that is complete has a Pixar theme ( https://bit.ly/2jVrQBD ) that matches the new structure. Each level of the parking structure is named after a Pixar animated feature: The Incredibles - Level 1 Coco - Level 2 Cars - Level 3 Monsters, Inc. - Level 4 Finding Nemo - Level 5 Inside Out - Level 6 The escalators are labeled ( https://bit.ly/2kqsCqj ) with the parking levels each escalator accesses. Each row on every parking level has a two digit and one letter code. The first number indicates the level you are on, the second number identifies the row and the letter signifies the section. In addition to the escalators, there are at least two sets of stairs which will allows you access to the sidewalk on Magic Way and two banks of elevators with a total of five elevators if you are unable to use the stairs or escalators. The only drawback for the stairs is that you can only access them from inside the structure, all the street exits from the parking structure are one-way. Some time in September, the Magic Way Pedestrian Bridge ( https://bit.ly/2lsyKyI ) will be completed which can be accessed from the Coco level of the parking structure and will lead park guests straight into the Downtown Disney District. For those that don't mind a little extra exercise, the pedestrian bridge will allow you to skip the tram lines and the bridge will take you very close to the monorail station which will provide a quicker way into the park. The main issue with the parking structure is at times the cast members aren't very organized when it come to parking guests and some park guests just can't figure out how to park their car next to the car in front of them. The other problem I have with parking are the assorted inconsiderate guests that decided it is good idea to hold up the lines by asking the cast members assigned to parking questions about the park. If you have a question about the park, you can go to customer relations inside the park and ask questions of the cast members whose purpose is to answer those questions. These issues are not limited to this structure and you will encounter these problems in either structure and any of the overflow lots owned by Disney. Rohlinism: No matter how far society progresses, there will always be humans incapable of following the simplest of instructions! Overall, I think Disney has done a good job with the theme and construction of this structure and I like the concept of the pedestrian bridge which I plan on utilizing frequently once it is open! read more

This parking structure was very useful for our trip to the Oogie Boogie Bash in October! We entered using Magic Way to guarantee our access to this structure. I liked the system that told you which spaces were open but some were inaccurate at times and became a little frustrating for us as we had to go all the way back around. I loved the lights and the access to the bridge and helpful signage were pleasant. A perk to parking here is you are security screened before you even board the trams, making your day go quicker without needing to wait in longer security lines elsewhere around the resort. When we exited, the structure actually took us down the way we cane in since it was the end of the night, apparently, this isn't always the case and I heard there is a clog of cars leaving from this structure and Mickey and friends all at once making it an immense traffic congestion. read more
