He froze the wart (cryotherapy) in the office the same day of my appointment, and told me to apply salicylic acid. In 5 days, it was gone and I was pain free!! I don't understand why these options weren't mentioned at any of my appointments with this office.

I had called back in May 2022 and made my appointment for July 2022. My appointment was last week and I should have seen the red flags when I was there.... First, my appointment was at 7pm, I was not seen until 8:30pm, way after the office had closed. Once I got in the room, Dr. Isaacs seemed like she was in a rush by how quickly she wanted to get everything done. I was nervous and had anxiety about coming to the appointment and the condescending tone in her voice made me feel even more anxious. I didn't ask my questions during the appointment because I could tell the doctor and the staff wanted to get out of the office since it was the end of the day. The next day I called the office and asked if I could speak to the doctor regarding a possible ultrasound for cysts that I was told from previous doctors that I have on my ovaries. The receptionist took my information and said the doctor would call me back the next day. (I called Thursday and said I would receive a call by Friday). Today is Monday and I finally received a call from the doctor. Dr. Isaacs asked me, "Why do you want a ultrasound?" I explained that it had been over 7 years since my last one and I wanted to know if the cysts had gotten larger or smaller or if they went away. I explained how nervous I was about my PCOS and then she said "First, you are wrong, you don't have cysts you have follicles on your ovaries. Also I don't treat PCOS, so an ultrasound is just a waste of your time and my time." She was very stern in her voice, almost as if she was scolding me for asking for an ultrasound because I care about my health. I am a young 24 year old woman and I want to make sure my body is properly taken care of and the fact that the doctor disregarded my feelings about this is completely wrong.

I got NO diagnosis, NO acknowledgement of my pain and NO prescription was sent to the pharmacy as stated. I am not the type of person who only comments on negative aspects of a business but also will write reviews when I receive go service. I would not go to this location again unless I was desperate since it happens to be the closest to my home. Waste of time and energy. Definitely go to a different location.

Came here recently for an ultra sound. This was my first time and it was for a medical concern…read more This building is big and a bit confusing but the receptionists are all great and directed me to where my appointment was. I had an 8 am appointment and I was seen almost immediately after being checked in. The ultrasound technician who works with me was Rebecca - I believe. She was so incredibly patient with me and explained every step of the process. I was nervous and they made sure to ask me if I was okay, if I was comfortable and I really needed that that day! The facility was clean and the waiting room had coffee and tea for the patients who were waiting. There was also a tv, magazines and lockers to stow your belongings.
