Then when I got it, an item was missing and they said they never had it. I sent photos, called weekly, took me over a month to get them to acknowledge they already sold it and would pay me for it. Then when I went to collect my items since I did not want to do business with them anymore, they were extremely rude and condescending. Come to find out when I got home, they cut the tags off of my new item so I couldn't sell it anywhere else as "new with tags" and removed size tags. Don't buy from them - they steal, lie, and rip people off. They deserve 0 stars.

I especially love that she has a $2 off coupon on her receipt to be used within a few weeks I believe. The owner, Nathalie, is so warm and kind. She has an adorable kitten (Miley?) that keeps her company at the shop. I've enjoyed exchanging stories with her. What a wonderful community she has cultivated too! (Didn't realize I had already written a review on this place 2 months ago. Guess it just goes to show how much I love this place!)

Outside, they also have a donation bin where you can drop off food donations 24/7. I had recently cleaned out our cabinets and pantry and had a few bags worth of stuff that I was holding onto. It felt good to clear the clutter and to donate it to those in need.
