I always look forward to my monthly facials with Caitlin. You start off with a nice cleanser, you get a choice of dermabrasion or derma-planning along with a chemical peel. I've gone a few months without my facial during the holidays and I can see a noticeable difference. They also have other services such as Botox, fillers, lasers. I had my last session of Morpheus8 and excited to see the end result. The staff has become like family, I always look forward to seeing Angela and Caitlin. They're welcoming and has an ear to listen to your concern and gives amazing feedback without trying to upsell you. Can we talk about the interior? It's upscale and feels like this med spa should be in Cherry Creek. I love walking in! If you're looking for a Med Spa that turns into your monthly best friend, highly recommend coming to Skin and Body!

Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice. Loyalty and money clearly mean nothing to them -- and neither does basic integrity.

This place tried to scam my elderly mother with a recurring $160 charge on her card without her…read morepermission and no services rendered. They ignored her requests to stop the charge along with my calls to address this issue. Writing this review to warn others of their shady business practices. Edit: Responding to the business owner's response below since I can't directly reply. It's very apparent that you gave my elderly mother the impression that she was signing for a one-time service. You mentioned a cancellation fee (your acknowledgement that she did try to contact you to tell you that it wasn't what was explained to her), but this "one-month cancellation fee" was an ongoing charge for several months until she had to dispute. You had her credit card number and you kept charging it, plain and simple, even when she FAIRLY tried to tell you first that it wasn't what she signed up for. And she tried to call again and you ignored her. And I tried to reach you a few days ago and you ignored me. What this looks like is you saw a woman in her 70s walk into your store and saw the opportunity to keep charging her through obfuscation and misdirection. Again, I tried to contact you directly so that you could explain, but you ignored it. And your reply only confirms my suspicions about your unscrupulous intentions with my mother. If you were running a "fair" business you should actually listen to your customer's issues instead of a hair-trigger reaction to charge "cancellation fees" (which again I think is a disingenuous explanation for multiple charges of $160).

Very relaxing, and this place needs more street signage/appeal because it's too hidden of a gem! Don't sleep on this place. It's in a strip mall next to a planet fitness so I was curious. The place is very nice inside and the facial table was super comfortable. Elle took time on my skin and I feel so good and my skin has never.looked this good in Colorado. I will definitely be back and bringing my friends because more good people need to know about this place. Also their products are nice and they carry a couple skincare lines. In a month or so they mentioned they'll have an online store where you can purchase what is used in the spa and have them shipped directly to you which is nice. 10/10 experience and most relaxing hour I've had in a long time. Highly recommend.
