During that time I've been personally taken care of by the Owner and Creative Director Jim Allison. He is one of the easiest people I've ever worked with in any industry - ever. His prices are fair and I'm sure he routinely puts in more hours than estimated just to avoid raising the price. He really wants to get it done right and on time. He even plays nice with other designers and creative professionals! I can't tell you how much that means in an era when doing those basic things well is so rare for businesses. He knows his stuff and has designed some amazing things for me and the companies I've worked for. I've bought just about everything a guy can from Thot Communications: Brand and Logo Development; Business Cards; Stationary Designs; Brochures (sometimes, very fancy and complicated ones); catalogs; websites (yes, websites); Online art elements; clothing designs; food packaging; shipping boxes; mailing campaigns; art directing photo and video shoots; movie presentations; email campaign designs; did I miss anything? Aside from being two hours longer than the time they stated it would take. While I sat in the lobby. I went home, after a few days when I could finally roll down my windows and do all the things. I noticed little teeny scratches all over the tent from the application. I contacted Tommy's. I left several voicemails and never received a call back. I will not be returning to Tommy's.
