I had a last minute order, and Both Ryan and Carrie patiently worked with me to figure out how to make it work. They were very detailed and professional. But, alas, I messed up the pick up date... I was so stoked and they were so nice about it that I literally brought them donuts. 5 billion stars! :)

He often has a Mohawk or colored hair. The ladies are so friendly and are very nice. I am currently waiting on an embroidery order for myself. I cannot wait to see it! They do have some items in stock that you can purchase to embroider on, but I often bring my own items. Last time I went in they were saying that there is a shortage on obtaining flex fit hats for wholesale. Something to keep in mind if you would like hats to be embroidered. For my website (SheMakesTheRules) I was having some aprons custom made, as they were decorated pretty funny and for group of people who would get the joke. To this end I needed a saying printed on the pockets we were putting on the aprons. I contacted Instant Imprints as well as a few other companies for a quote. The response from Instant Imprints was quick and thorough, along with a reasonable time frame for product completion. We delivered the material, already cut to size for the printing process. Making payment for the invoice was quick and easy, then within two weeks we had the finished product. I was quite happy with the end result as it was exactly as ordered. If you need a company that is friendly, yet competent in what they do, I would recommend Instant Imprint without hesitation.
