Second time was completely different, we are to the point of getting an attorney involved. I dropped off my merch (~$1000 value) to be printed February 10th. I didn't heard back from them again until March 2nd when they told me they had some machine hiccups but the shirts would be ready by the beginning of the next week. It is now April 17th and I have emailed to check in 5 times with no response, tried calling with no answer, and shown up with no response. At this point it just appears that they took all my brand new clothing items and ghosted me. I just want to get my things back even if they aren't printed on but I have not been able to get in contact with anyone here. Obviously, would not recommend. I will update here if I ever hear from them again.

When I send them an order, they usually provide a quote within 24 hours. Taurea Hope has been flexible when I needed to edit the sizes or quantities of my orders, which I appreciate a lot. One note: it can be difficult to find their shop. They recommended looking up Padden Commerce Park, which is off 95th Street. Once you get there, you can easily find the store.
