I went to this place about a year ago to drop off my bridesmaid dress and they did an excellent job! Friendly and efficient!

My coat look fine when I pick it up about a week ago until I took it out to wear it yesterday. I put me and my son coats in this place of business because I didn't want to mess them up in my washer and yesterday when I decided to wear mines I noticed the inside of my coat were the cotton was at was balled up and not in place so I called this place of business's about the issue because I had never washed my coat and only wore it three times prior to bringing it to the cleaners. I spoke to the owner AJ and he told me to bring it in which I did right away. I got a call today saying that the company made my coat didn't put enough cotton in it and that's why it was ruined. It had nothing to do with them. He's been open 16 years never had an issue which I knew that was a lie. He started being very rude and over talking me did not want to compensate me. Nor fix the problem so I told him that I would just come and pick my coat up. I'm very disappointed because this is not the first time I had an issue. I had an issue was when I brought me and my partners jeans to be clean around Christmas for Christmas party at the bottom of my true religion jeans, I noticed Ash or white spots, but I let it go because I had the jeans for quite a while even though they were very expensive jeans but I had them for almost a yr.. But my coat was white and You couldn't tell until the sunlight hit. It looks like a old pillow that's been washed a few times and the cotton balled up all throughout the coat because it's white stands out so well $100 coat wasted I would never be business with them again the way that he was talking to me over the phone was very unprofessional. They could not remove a stain from my suit but still charged me full price. When I asked for a discount, I was told "Well we aren't the ones who put the stain in the suit." I will not be back here. I do not recommend supporting a business with zero care for the customers that come into the business. I guess I paid them $15 to hold my suit for a day. It would have been nice to know that they could not remove the stain when I dropped off the suit. read more

I've been patronizing this cleaners for years and have always had a pleasant experience until recently. On Wednesday Jan 16,2019, I encountered the owner who I had never dealt with before. This person took my daughter's dress and cautioned me about the sequins as they may come off. I understood this risk. He took my son's suit, told me my cost & gave me the claim ticket. He suggested I pick it up the next day as they may be closed on Friday due to expected bad weather. I wasn't able to make it the next day but went as scheduled on Friday to claim my articles. As I was unwrapping my son's suit to put it away, I noticed the shoulder of his vest was ripped in two and being held together by a safety pin. I searched the bag and the rest of the suit for a note because that's what I've known cleaners to do when there's an issue with your clothes. There was nothing. I took the vest back to the cleaners and the young lady at the counter went to get the owner, a man who looks of Indian decent. She called him by the name of A.J. The first thing he tells me is "he's not responsible- it's not his fault- it was like that when I brought it to him". I told him we BOTH know that's not true because he would have pointed it out to me at that time to ensure he is not held liable for the damage. He then told me it was only partially torn and the thread came out during cleaning. When I asked why I wasn't notified, he said his worker didn't know. Clearly ANOTHER lie because "your worker" put a safety pin in it to hold it together. You can safety pin it closed but you couldn't put a note explaining what you did? He didn't even bother telling me when I picked it up. He let me make the trip ALL THE WAY HOME, with clothes he destroyed. As I disproved each excuse he provided, he pointed to the camera and said he had it on film and he can show me. I gladly agreed to this because I know how I delivered my clothing to this cleaners. He then said he couldn't show me now because he had to make deliveries to a hotel. Again, he insisted he was not responsible. Then he told me he DOESN'T have it on camera. Then he changed his story AGAIN and told me he has it on camera and could show me Saturday. I pointed out how many times he had changed his story, he said he only told me he didn't have it on camera because he needed to leave to do his deliveries. He told me I can come up Saturday and sit for 2 hours to go thru HIS surveillance video. Now what sense does it make for me to sit thru 2 hours of HIS surveillance tape?? That's something he should do and then contact me when he finds the footage in question. When I complained about this unacceptable service he threatened me with the police. I told him to feel free to call them as I was unbothered by that threat. He then instructed the young lady who works the counter to "call the police and tell them she's giving you a hard time". This was yet another lie because all of my interactions at this point have been with him. For a man who was SO pressed for time to make deliveries he surely had enough time to argue that he wasn't responsible AND to wait for the police. He could have easily kept a satisfied customer by offering his in-house alteration service to repair it...or pay half to repair it. A.J.'s intentions were to use the police as a weapon against me but that was unsuccessful. When the police arrived they explained they could do nothing. I would have to take him to court or he could offer to repair the damage. Of course, he refused and said I can take him to court, he doesn't care if he loses a customer whose been there for years. I will NEVER use that place again. Yes they give a disclaimer about damaging clothes but he is a poor businessman and lousy human being to hide behind that disclaimer when he KNOWS he messed up. He hid it instead of taking ownership. When confronted, he cowered and told multiple lies to cover up his mistake. read more

This cleaner destroyed my cap and is requiring me to pay for the damaged cap in order to receive the rest of my dry cleaning. The owner has horrible customer service and is extremely rude!! read more

I brought my Mother-of-the-bride dress in for dry cleaning. It was lace and ribbon and they smashed down the ribbon and made it frayed all over. There was some fraying when I brought it to them which they said would be fixed with the dry cleaning. Afterwards the owner told me it can't be helped, it will just get more frayed with each cleaning. Seamstresses also told me dry cleaning should fix it not damage it more. My dress is ruined only 12 days before my daughter's wedding. I don't recommend this place. read more

I would not go here. I put an expensive dress in the cleaners. I told man that work there. That my 2 buttons have rhinestones. How would you handle this. He said oh we either take the button off and sew them back on or cover them. Ok I check my dress in to be cleaned. Now mind you I never wore the dress. Any clothes I wear I always wash them or have them cleaned first. I go back to pick up my dress on Saturday and check the buttons. Rhinestones are missing from both buttons. I told the lady who checked me out. She tells me she can't do anything about the dress. But I wAnt to wear the dress for a wedding Sunday. I have to wait until Monday to talk to Manager. In the meantime I had to go to Jackmans Fabrics to purchase buttons as near as possible to what Was on my dress. Never again Will I have my clothes dry clean there . They had my number and the receipt. No compensation whatsoever. I had to pay for their mistakes. Time and gas. did they forget that there are several dry cleaners in the area. That they are not the only one in the area. read more
