Service was great except the food was not the best. Pulled pork was good, the loaded baked potato was from the day before or older and very small. The building is open air. read more

Made a comment to the server that the beer was too warm. Server was upset, told the operations mgr. He came out very defensive and said he'd never had a complaint about the beer being too warm. We were being jovial with our server, never tried to be offensive. I hope they survive Sturgis this year. read more

We had amazing ribs! The service was quick and friendly. The ribs were tender and flavorful. A great decision to stop!

First off, I have been to this place numerous times over the last 20+ years but on 23 June 2025 will put a halt to ever spending another dime in that place. A group of us, 5 or 6 people stopped by mid afternoon for a cold one and 2 ordered food as well. When our beers came out they were far from cold. I told the server this and she said that she didn't know how to get them colder, that is someone else's job above her, I said I realize that but you should know who to speak with about the cooler temp effecting the beer. The warm beer consensus was from all of us. My wife had said warm beer especially during rally time will probably affect tips as well. She left the table and an Ops manager came over and said nobody talks to my servers like that, that he would cover our beers and we could leave. I then pointed at a couple and said they ordered food, the Ops Mgr said ill pay for that too, then you can leave. This Ops Mgr was the epitome of unprofessional! I also told him the beer temp was probably near 50°, his response was we've never had a complaint before. I'm not sure what exactly his server told him but for him to be so unprofessional and rude and not even want to talk about things shows how inept he really is. We are not some biker trash that just blew in off the street, we were a party of Retired Army, Retired Navy, and a current Fire Dept Captain. After I left, the couple that ordered food were still waiting and the Fire Dept CPT tried talking to the Ops Mgr and again, that Mgr wanted no part of conversation, just wanted them to leave. After they continued to wait for their food, they found out their food order was never put in, again, professionalism at it's finest. I strongly suggest One eyed Jack's hire servers with a bit thicker skin as it is a biker bar, try this behavior during rally time, probably won't go over to good.............(I sure hope the new owner sees this review) read more

Good service in the restaurant. Friendly wait staff. Loved the honey bbq sauce, my dad loved the fish. Great vibe. A lot of animals on the wall to see and some photo ops. They do ask for tip on retail purchases such as tee shirts. Part of our meals purchases was added to our bill which effected the tip. The second half of our purchase was outside and the cashier literally said you can tip on the receipt here. She was super friendly, but didn't speak english well so she didn't help us with anything other than ring us out. read more

Do not use your credit or debit card at this establishment. I was there mid June. Had a couple sandwiches and softdrinks. Bill was around $40 .I payed with my credit card and left a cash tip. I get home and find that my card was charged $100. I am disputing the charges and contacting the BBB and the Sturgis Chamber of Commerce. read more

I was delighted with the food, drink, service and overall feel of this place. Lots of COVID precautions but none that made the experience any less enjoyable. Highly recommend this place before/after and during bike week!! read more

I LOVE this place! We just attended bike week in Sturgis, and we ate dinner here twice and ended up here for the night life EVERY NIGHT! They have a full menu which includes anything from burgers to filet mignon. I ate fried shrimp one night and filet another. Both of my meals were fantastic! I love the atmosphere of this place. I have never been outside of Bike Week, but I am sure it is quite different! read more

The food is pretty bad. We went there based on other reviews while we were in Sturgis, SD. I had the nachos and honestly the nachos from 7-11 are better. Also had the super expensive beef filet minion and it was not worth even 1/2 the $36 on the lunch menu. Not even sour cream on the loaded baked potato and the French fries were subpar. Won't be back. We got to town late & stopped here at 9:30pm on a Wednesday, the kitchen closes at 10 but they still served our group (10 people). Our server was very nice, brought our drinks & took our order quickly. The food was awesome! Wings, shrimp, big burgers, and potato skins were all delish. Majority of the places in town had about 5 options to choose from and One-Eyed Jacks had a good selection and even had some vegetarian options. The owner stiffed the band and welched on their contract. He didn't even pay them for the one set that they were allowed to play, and cancelled the other two sets, leaving them with nothing for their 25 hour travel time to get to Sturgis. Any other bands asked to play there for future gigs should tell them to fuck off, just like the owner did to Carnival of Sins. read more

As we sat down to order, a lady cursed (with a megaphone) in front of seven kids at the table next to us. This was shocking. The waiter was surprisingly good for the amount of us. Not to mention how misleading the menu was. Our food was not the greatest, for example, My friends wings were cold in the middle. The Mac and cheese was cold and hard, almost inedible. The sweet and sour sauce was chunky, had no compelling qualities. There are many things I could be going on about right now. This ruined our night and most of us are still hungry. Fun place to get an authentic Sturgis experience. Beers are a tad expensive ($5) but it comes with entertaining bartenders. One of them hold hooped unsidedown hanging by her toes up in the rafters. They have a couple nice balconies where you can people watch and see all the action on main street below. read more

Just walked in to get a drink. The bartenders are already ignoring people. Had my money down on the bar and nobody helped us after walking by at least 5 times. We visited here at the end of July prior to bike week. Even though the food we had was pretty good--we had the walleye filet which was pan-fried--the service was lousy. The waitress kept forgetting what we had ordered and the margarita that she brought us was just Awful. I asked her to take it back and just bring me a diet coke. It took them well over 30 minutes to prepare our food and there weren't very many people in the restaurant. I guess if you want to see women with revealing tops and experience the biker atmosphere, you'll probably like this place. read more

Pre rally week. Overpriced 6 for bottle beer and when you buy 3 they don't bother to give you change assuming twisting a bottle 3x deserves that. They are friendly but I found most are up here. Most places here are trying to get income to sustain them the other 11+ months. Very depressed state so it's understandable Best place so far is beaver bar across from full throttle who charge 2 for bottle. Keeping full throttle grounded. read more

My 20th year to Sturgis, the last few years the price of beers has increased by a dollar per year, drinks also. Horrible food, the breakfast buffet over priced at $13 this year for the worst food ever. The bacon cooked beyond recognition, the cheese omelet was bad, the pancakes were rock hard, broke my plastic utensils trying to saw through them. If you're into lousy food, LOUD & noisy, over priced drinks just to watch idiot bimbos in action, this is the place for you. read more
