Lynn was so friendly when I called. She made me feel confident that all the work would be done as asked. She labeled each curtain panel according to the rooms, kept everything organized (I so like that) and did the work in the time we spoke about. All items were clean and neatly folded in my tubs. She asked me to try on the hood to see how the fur should be attached. I hope that was really funny as it made no sense. No apologies for my inconvenience and I felt as my business was of no value to them.
