approximately four weeks ago i reached out to AGW to request a quote for glass to cover a tabletop…read more i was told by brook , the receptionist, that it would be 7-10 days and they would call me for address and entry information. two weeks later i phoned brooke at AGW to see if and when i was on the books. at that time she told me they had me scheduled for wednesday, november 20. i provided requested information. i was told they would call me with a quote. on monday november 25 i once again spoke with brooke to see if they could give me the quote since i had not heard from them. she informed me that her supervisor was out and she did not know if the measurements had been taken. she informed me that she would find out and call me back. at that time i told her if they had not been and taken the measurements to cancel my request. after not hearing back, i am led to believe that after a month of waiting and calling to get a price, no one has even been by to take measurements. for the sake of AGW i'm glad they are so busy but as a consumer, if you need any type of glass work i would DEFINITELY consider another company.

I initially scheduled an appointment for after 3 PM on a Wednesday, which they confirmed via text--but they never showed up. The following week, I followed up, and they didn't even recall the conversation until I re-sent the text. I was then told someone would come by after 3:30 PM, even if the owner had to come personally. I rushed home to be available, but again, no one showed. When I called, I was told they were finishing another job and would arrive between 5-6 PM. That never happened either, and my follow-up texts were completely ignored. If this is any indication of how they operate, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save your time and energy.

I looked online for a local repair company and was thrilled that Express Auto Glass had the option for a used glass replacement which included complete installation at my home and clean up from the removal of the window safe that was damaged by a lawn mowing incident. I'm more than pleased with their customer service and professionalism during my time of need and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family in the future abd if I need repairs in the future I know where I'm going to go.
