She took advantage of us by only providing pics and a video of her only sweeping our floors and a pic of the toilet with blue dye. She didn't clean the front door or swept it clean. I opened all of the windows in our new home and she never cleaned them or the sills. She left them dirty and dusty with bugs still in the window sills, the microwave had no shine or sparkle but was smudged and looked like she used plain water with no cleaning solution at home. She didn't sweeping the bathroom floors or mopped them. She never cleaned the shower and bathtub because the same spiders were in the same spots when we left and she didn't dust anything. She claimed she had OCD and that I'd be really happy with her work. The house didn't even smell fresh or anything. I kept asking her for pics and she only provided what I mentioned above. I wanted to give her a chance and trusted in her to provide a service. Because we had no furniture for her to clean, I asked if she would sweep and clean our garage and she swore she could do that. When I arrived my home, I realized she got me for my money. Money I couldn't afford to waste. We had to clean our own home. She even said she'll come back to make it right. I even sent her pics to show her she lied to me and didn't do what she said. She never showed up or called me to let me know if she couldn't come. She played on my kindness by telling me her daughter was sick. I told her to take care of her first and it was no rush and that I'll be praying for her. She used her child as an excuse to not honor her word. We learned our lesson and won't let this happen ever again. She will reap what she sowed. God has me and my family. I hope it was worth it for her to take from my family. I won't recommend her services nor her husband whom she claims does mouting of ti's and things like that. Tiffany Silguero!
