I am a VERY particular decision maker when I hire a company to do projects of this magnitude and Rhino Back Roofing came thru with Flying Colors. From day 1, they were extremely polite and professional. Guided me through the process of putting forth an insurance claim and was with me step by step to get everything approved. Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines.
