I too have been coming to this location since I was a little girl with my first teeth (90's), we all love dr.Fisch and miss him dearly since his early passing. But don't let that previous commenter deter you, just read all of her reviews, you'll understand why! Dr fisch chose the right people to take over his practice. Thanks for reading this and have a great day.

My…read moreinsurance paid for a cavity filling and he had a temp doctor do it for me last year and when I went back to see him with pain (paid for an appointment to see him) he told me HIMSELF it wasn't done properly and would fix it. Now I waited 6 months just to have a phone convo with dr viola because I was told if I wanted to have a Conversation with him i would have to pay 60$ for an appointment. My conversation was to ask if he would still be fixing what his dentist screwed up. When he FINALLY agreed he demanded my mom come in for a cleaning as a trade off for him fixing the tooth his dentist broke? Anyhow long story short took time off work took their first available appointment was cooperative waited 40 minutes left didn't get an courtesy or respect. Sucks because dr. Fisch was my dentist for 13 years and was an amazing person treated people like human beings and did his job right.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here in the beginning. They took their time to explain and go over everything and made sure I was ok with it. They even contacted my insurance to get an estimate before they went ahead, so I knew how much I was going to pay. Even for doing some x-rays, your insurance may not cover it, but the receptionist made sure by calling them up before it was taken. Very good experienced and awesome staff. They always do a good job and never disappoint. They are located along 14th Ave. in a commercial area. Never hard to find parking. The place is cozy and nice. When you book an appointment they always call 3-4 days earlier to confirm. Almost never have to wait to be seen as well. PS. you also get a free toothbrush and floss after every cleaning!! Thank you guys!

You took the X-ray of my teeth so you supposed to know how many cleaning I need to get done, should inform me first about it instead of doing it half way and then tell me I need another one with extra cost. I already paid for the combo which includes cleaning. Totally have a terrific experience today. Feel like I was robbed because the cleaning supposed to be 1 hour and they did it in not even 30 minutes and then asked me to come back for a second one with extra cost. Houra Saadat is too full of herself. Came to her office to talk about what happened today and she tried to gaslight me that they told me the second cleaning was free. But in fact the person who did my teeth cleaning clearly tell me that it will cost extra $120. She then proceeded to tell me that that person did not know??? Lmao then seems like your staff and yourself is the problem here. Should've trained your staff better. Or was it because you get caught for trying to make money off of your client and you just lied and try to gaslight? They were 30 minutes late for my appointment and when I confront her and Houra Saadat had the audacity to say that they apologized? Yes you did but I have the right to decide whether I accept your apology or not, okay? My combo of X-ray and cleaning without insurance is $250. And she told me if I have insurance it would be $450? I knew she try to manipulate me into thinking that she made it cheap for me, but honestly wouldn't that mean that they are charging almost double for the client with insurance? Asked me why I came to asked for my money back after a bad review for her clinic? That's because you did a bad job and basically steal from me when the procedure took 1 hour and your staff did it in 20 minutes.

Very clean and hygienic, very nice staff, very accommodating in terms of benefits and payment, very efficient and caring. Both Dr. Ali, and Dr. Houra have worked on my mouth and both were amazing. Working in concert with their hygienists, it's like a symphony in your mouth. both Dentists were efficient, friendly, and the needles were literally painless. 10/10, A++, 100% as someone who is often reluctant to go to the dentist... Dr. Kumar is absolutely excellent and she is so friendly and professional. I was most surprised that she did the cleaning herself - I'm not sure if it's because it was my first visit or if she always does that. But if she always does that, I will be coming here forever (absolutely nothing against dental hygienists who are excellent but the fact that the dentist is so hands on gets insane brownie points there). I'm also extremely impressed with the staff who are so friendly and organized. Ladi got my insurance information completely ready before I even arrived and Jovita broke it down to me by showing it to me on a TV screen. It was legitimately the very first time I understood my dental policy and I'm so glad they explained it to me. They do not file your claims directly and you do have to pay up front first but they are able to put your claim through on your behalf and the turnover time for approval is very reasonable (~48 hours for me). Their modes of communication are also awesome because they're able to text and e-mail you if they can't get a hold of you through phone and they reply extremely quickly. Their follow-up was also impeccable and I even got a call the next day to let me know that they were in the process of following-up with my insurance and that they hadn't forgotten about me. Their prices were fair and they do offer payment plans in special cases for really big procedures. You can tell that this clinic really truly cares about their patients and Dr. Kumar is so personable. I haven't had a filling that has had to be done by her yet so I'm not able to evaluate how she is but all other aspects, she is absolutely excellent! I think I've truly found my dentist and I will be seeing Dr. Kumar from now on!
