I walked up to the counter to add what I wanted to their order and looked at the menu for less then a minute, the employee walked away from the counter without taking my order and started talking to someone who was not a customer through the drive-through window. People of all ages eat there and they keep going back. I don't believe that seniors go there for nostalgic reasons. As a door dasher , the service at the 93 robie street location is utterly terrible. They will not…read moregreet you at the delivery area, we wait 5 to 10 mins. Then we go inside to the counter where they have not confirmed the order on the dash screen. They still will not greet you in ANY prompt manner. The most concerning part. Is when I can See the food is already prepared , with the delivery code on the first bag. Sitting on the counter , but they still won't awknologe you've arrived for an order. Time goes by , they still haven't bagged the food for delivery or greeted you. I've waiting 15. Even 20 minutes staring at the order with my hot bag in hand , ready to accept the doordash order. I give up with this location. I automatically hit the prompt now that says , can't get employees attention. Wait 5 mins. If nobody greets me , I unassigned it in the app under (?) Either because order is not ready and they don't know when it will be ready , or they aren't accepting doordash orders. It will not effect your rating this way. You will not be compensated for any of your time you've wasted in this store , there is a HUGE food saftey issue with the food sitting not in a hot holding place while they are not greeting you or confirming the order. I have put a complaint in every week for the last 3 weeks since I've been back to doordash. The service expirence for the doordash staff is unacceptable, and we have to deliver cold food if we ever do get served. Which reflects poorly on our delivery service.
