They emailed me a reminder and said I could bring my mom (I have horrible sciatica since my c section and if I'm on the floor too long my legs go numb), so that was nice. This is located in the basement of a temple. Parking is in the back and around, so use your strollers. There is a ramp so that is super helpful. You'll enter a basement that has a few rooms and a central area, as well as a bathroom with a changing table. All good things. We were ushered to a room that had a foam piece floor to sit around and a table with tiny chairs to the side. We sat on the floor and sang some songs. For itsy bitsy spider the teacher came around with a small plush spider and gently rubbed it on each child. As a first time mom I did not like that. Happily she touched my daughters leg but some kids faces... not into it. Then after a few typical kids songs we stood up (well my mom took my daughter) and did a run around song around the table. After we were brought to the main room for free play. The main room had carpets and many toys to play with. I was concerned with the cleanliness of the toys as ya know, babies put everything in their mouth. I was assured they were clean, still I didn't let my daughter put her mouth on anything. As we sat there a man, presumably from the temple walked through the back doors through the room, I didn't like that. I'm sure it's fine, but being a first time mom I don't like a space that's shared for children's activities. We went back into the classroom for a story. After the story the session ended. We walked through the main room and an older group of kids were playing with the free play toys...they came in right after we went out so I don't like how they weren't cleaned in between or the dirty toys removed. At the time I wasn't sure what to think. Maybe all mommy and me's were like that and me as a first time mom was being too cautious, however after going to others, I have seen dirty toys being removed or teachers coming in with a bin asking parents, "if you have dirty toys please place them In this bin so we can wash them." I think that would have made a big difference for me. I forget how much this was for a quarter year session... 299 or 399? Either way it wasn't for us, but give it a try if you're ok with all the above. The teachers were very nice.

He loved every minute of it! He would come home every day when he was toddler with a huge smile on his face from a day of fun, educational play, he would be tired out ready for dinner, bath and bedtime. Every morning he would jump up and was ready for the day at school again! Miss Lisa the director, I've known for over 23 years, since day 1 of my son going there! She is the most generous, caring individual you will ever meet! She is the mother hen to all the children in that school and all the staff that she leads! In the 23 years Ive know her, every day I've seen her, she ALWAYS has a smile on her face ALWAYS! My saddest day was when my son graduated out of PKC and was off to Pre-K. He was leaving Miss Lisa and her wonderful staff, his first best friends, most of who he grew up with since he was1 but he was ready and more advanced than most Pre-K kids going into the public school system! 10 years later Lisa welcomed me back with open arms when I had my daughter Bella! OMG I was so happy to be back home at Precious Kids... this time Bella was there from 6 weeks old...until she graduated at 4 years old! my little girl IS WHO SHE IS TODAY BECAUSE OF PKC. She is CONFIDENT she walks around with her head held high, INTELLIGENT, she was given those early education tools that she wouldn't have gotten sitting home watching nick Jr., SHES SOCIAL, she knew how to make friends by walking into a room, Bella started off as a confident educated princess there and she's now a 16 year old Beauty queen still confidently beautiful with high 90's at a prestigious private school being offered academic scholarships already from colleges. Most would attribute this to their elementary schools, I give full credit to precious kids where she started! Its all where your child begins! where your child learns who they want to be! And here I am again 12 years later with a 3rd child as a student in PKC!! My little MJ didnt get to start as early as Bella because of Covid... but he did start at 2! And like most kids that were stuck at home with their mommys and daddys for 2 years during quarantine, hes still adjusting a little bit to socializing and the know hows of the world, but Lisa and her staff are so great and well versed in dealing with the kids coming out of this pandemic world! and it's such a fragile thing but they are children and I wouldn't bring the most important things in my life just anywhere! PKC is family so I entrust my family to my family! What I love about Lisa is the care and the knowledge she has... that every child is their own person. My MJ marches to the beat of his own drum. And she expressed to me that MJ needs a little push so she is doing everything possible on there end to provide that push... and she has helped me to learn how to help my son... not many places would take the time, especially at a daycare, but Lisa and her staff do FOR EVERY CHILD! Miss Stephanie, Miss Alex, Miss Barbera, Miss Brittany, Miss Danielle, Miss Monica, Miss Theresa... All of you are leaving imprints in all of these children... they will remember what you've taught them and how you've helped them grow! I cant thank the staff enough for the 25 years of my life at precious kids... but I can promise to tell as many parents as possible how wonderful this place is, and how the world will be a better place because of the children that grow from here! We love you guys so much! And I think this is it for me..(MJ being my last LOL) but no worries, I'm sure Brandon (My oldest) will be bringing his in just a few years. :). So watch out for the legacies, from Brandon and Bella and so on and so forth because we will continue to keep coming!!!! And I'm sure Ms. Lisa will still be there everyday with a smile on her face, even on her worse day. :D

I enrolled my kid to this center because I trusted the fact that this center expanded the business in this area quite successfully. However, when I toured the center, I was not very happy when I looked at the faces of kids and staff. They didn't look very happy nor enjoy their job. Furthermore, I realized that this place is too pricey compared to the other daycares in the neighborhood. So in the end, I decided to withdraw my kid's enrollment. I visited the center and explained why I made such a decision. At that time the staff promised me that I would get a check for the first month's tuition, because, at the time of enrollment, I have already paid $150 + first month's tuition ($1195). Again, the staff told me that I can get it back and the reason why she cannot give it right away is because she does not have the checkbook. The staff talked about bad things about the school to which I am switching, which sounded not nice, but I did not take it seriously. She also mentioned that there was a policy that I should have notified them 45 days in advance, strictly speaking. I notified them 30 before the first day of school. So I understood that and I greatly appreciated their kind considerations. BUT, I did not receive the check for a month, and I have sent an email to remind that. The response I got was simple enough, "No, you cannot get a check. The owner decided not to do that." WHAT?? They just ate up my $1195 because I was late for 15 days to notify them. I can totally understand if they take out part of that money, but I cannot understand that they took all of it. Even more importantly, in that response, the staff mentioned that the owner called me and explained the situation. NO!! It never happened. The owner did not give me a call and I did not know the situation before "I" asked them. I courteously replied back if there is any possibility for a partial refund and explained that I have never received a call from the owner. That was it! They never responded back to me. I cannot trust their business. It seems to me that they only take care of their profits and tries to get out of money as much as possible. They never considered me as a future family even though I could send my kids to their summer camps or after-school care. I pass the center every morning and afternoon and see a lot of cars in there. Every time, I get very annoyed by their attitude to me, and I will never consider this place as one of my future childcare.
